After travelling down from valetta and Gozo having bad weather for a few days we stayed here for our last night ( 2 whole days ) before returning home and was very pleased the sun was out.
It was a wise choice of the missus to suggest this hotel on the beach, she got a bonus point for that.....
Hotel is nice, staff friendly, hotel is clean, room was nice, top floor, lovely views from the balcony.
Ok, there is a container port a mile or two up the coast but it didnt effect us at all, noise was minimal even in the dead of night.
We ate out locally, all in all the hotel and immediate area was lovely, id come back again.

Basic hotel approx 12 minute drive from the airport or use the public transport as the buses stop right next door . Easy check in check out ,had room 403 clean and tidy nice balcony with 2 patio chairs could do with a small plastic table for drinks to go on ,small fridge ,NO safe in the room also no hairdryer but you can pay to hire a hairdryer from reception no tea coffee making facilities in the room either we took our own kettle cups and drinks . The beds were uncomfortable I felt every spring ......plenty of storage in the room and bathroom was ok shower over a low level bath - take your own bath mat if your unsteady the air con was good .BREAKFAST WAS DISAPPOINTING husband is half Maltese and was expecting Maltese bread he was disappointed as it was just toast bread ,choice of 3 cereals ,apples oranges or satsuma ,strawberry yoghurt for 5 days then changed to fruit cocktail yoghurt a mix would have been better for choice ,a 4 slice toaster thank god there wasn't a rush on ,a rotary toaster would be a good investment ,croissants every day and cake ,a few Maltese biscuits would have been nice ,same cheese and cold meat every day plus boiled eggs and salad . Bus depot is across the road and you can get the bus travel cards from the video hire shop along the promenade or in Valletta.Beach was nice and easy access can even see the fish around your feet ,every thing was beginning to close for the season so there will be very minimal activity in the town until about March next year .We had a good stay but the hotel was only used as a base the nicest place we ate was Bardos just round the corner near the little garage lovely people who have time to chat and excellent puddings .It was my first time to Birzebbuga but not for the husband he had family there when he last visited in 1982 so it's changed a lot ,think we will be going back to Bugibba next time ,oh don't forget there is a major port to the right of the hotel ......it's not shown in the pictures so all in all the hotel is basic but clean and tidy somewhere to get your head down .

This was my first time to Malta.. Chose this hotel due to the close proximity to the sea. The beach was beautiful. So close.... Just take the elevator down to the ground floor and then walk right out to the beach.. Wonderful restaurant here as well. Huge portions for low prices.. Great selection for both lunch and dinner. The free breakfast offered by the hotel is ok. Sadly not any hot options, but that is probably just our norm here in north America. The selection was ok. And you have many choices for hot beverages. The room was very nice. Definitely new and modern. Very spacious. Bed was good. Bathroom was clean and had nice toiletries. Beautiful balcony. And the view was so amazing!!!!

Stayed two nights on the way to a project. Miram at reception made check in a breeze. Room was spacious and had a double bed plus single. Bathroom clean and spacious. Nice view over the beach. A big plus was a properly functioning aircon which was a problem at a different hotel last summer I was here. The breakfast is a self serve affair continental style, I would prefer scrambled eggs though. I had company vouchers to eat in the restaurant but should have opted for somewhere else in hindsight. I would recommend staying here the beach is lovely, the beers at the outdoor cafes ice cold and there are plenty places to eat. Bus to Valetta takes 25 mins

I went for lunch this week, with a group of friends, and was very pleased with the restaurants' ambience, the food, and the nice, helpful staff there.

I took a beef burger and it was delicious, others took tortellacci, which looked heavinly, and, another friend of mine took pizza. Food was all yummy yum, abundant and very reasonable.

Keep Up The Good Service Guys ;)

Definitely Recommended!

There was no fridge in my room but there was a kettle. I'm sure you can request one though.

Hi, Valentin. Yes it´s a minifridge. You can keep a couple of large waterbootles there and a couple of beers ;-)

No but there is a fridge and plenty of work surface. Also the cafe on the ground floor can be reached by lift.
