Great 2 nights away in Canterbury with a comfortable and well equipt room at the Oakside lodge. Room very comfortable it got a bit warm but we were spoilt with sunshine over our time. Grounds were very well kept with pigs in the pen next to the lodge keeping the young and old entertained. Breakfast was lovely and Stuart couldn't...

Booked as a Christmas pressie to me from hubby, we arrived slightly early as traffic had been good, we were readily welcomed by Stuart. We were in room 4, ground floor, which was lovely and clean, plenty big enough with tea/coffee making facilities which were refreshed everyday. Clean, white, thick, large towels also refreshed daily. Shower gel and hairdryer provided....

You are in for a treat! If you are looking for clean, spacious, quiet rooms at a very reasonable price look no further than Oakside lodge. You will start your day in a bright sunny dining room with proper linens and china. The coffee is good American style joe, not that watery stuff you get at some establishments. But the best...

Oakside Lodge is a lovely B&B run by Stuart and his wife. The rooms are nice and spacious with bath/shower or a double shower. There is WiFi which works very well. Oakside Lodge runs an honesty bar with a good selection of wine, cider and beer. You just pay at the end of your stay. There is a small piece...

Was a bit distracting when they came in about 1am and we were just about to sleep. So it REALLY does depend on who else it...

Went down Kent to see our daughter for the weekend and found this place on booking.com. Had everything we needed there and straight on to the main road to all major routes and only 3 miles from Canterbury. Does lovely full English breakfast and nice walks in a 5 acre wood onsite.

We stayed one night while at a nearby wedding. The room is large and spacious. Clean, excellent shower and a great breakfast. The owners were very welcoming too. Wish we could have stayed longer, you never know we might find an excuse to come back!
