I reviewed this property in September 2016. We returned in April 2017 as Coochiemudlo Island is a lovely place to visit and we met some great people there. We stayed in Apartment 6 this time. We will return to Coochie again however we will not stay in this accommodation again unless it has some serious renovations and/or changes management. Nothing...

Disgusting. Everything was below acceptable standard. Need the health and safety in as well as health dept. disgusting how these people are allowed to run such a lie on adverts enticing people in to a couples retreat with lil kids running around, swimming pool with duck poo all around it, 14inch tv, dated everything. Dirty sheets. I was appalled to...

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights. The room was large, clean and tidy and contained all we needed for a couple of days. The pool area and grounds are lovely and the café food is excellent. Cliff makes a great cocktail and they are reasonably priced too! Staff are very friendly and helpful. If you are staying...

This is definitely not a 'romantic' place to go in the slightest nor is it a resort- it's the furthest thing from a resort! Not only is it located next to what looks like a drug house, It's incredibly...

This was my second visit to this little portion of pleasure, so I was eagerly anticipating the delights the Coochie Island Resort staff (or the 'Coochie Crew' as I call them) would provide. Let me tell you, my tender heart and delicate adrenal could only take so much - by the end of the trip I was convinced I was...

Our family of 6 including 4 adults and 2 kids dinned at the "resort" a couple of days short of the new year. The main restaurant was closed for some reasons and we ordered outside near the pool. Food was ok and the wine good considering there are no other options for dinner. Fish and chips the way to go!

Very nice place, nice and quiet and very relaxing, close to the beach for swimming and a few beach activities, found it a bit too quiet if there is such a thing but I get bored too easy, not a great deal to do on the island apart from relaxing or reading
