Spacious comfortable room, finished well, with nice bathroom. The decor was quirky, especially in the communal areas, but I liked it. The continental breakfast was good, and the staff friendly and helpful. However it did feel like a stop off for coach tours, and they were obviously expanding, the block we stayed in was clearly new, and there was evidence...

The hotel feels a bit basic and the decor is rather strange. However our room was clean and comfortable. We had a nice view of farmland from our window. We thought the price of the buffet dinner very high so ate out in the town which is about ten minutes drive away. There was plenty of variety in the breakfast...

First off, Vik is a BEAUTIFUL place! You must visit there. If it wasn't for the fact that the hotel was booked through my tour company, I probably would have chosen some place else. The hotel/motel reminded me of large mobile homes pieced together and seemed more of a temporary house type structure than anything else. When we arrived, the...

Stayed here in a new house of the hotel. It was perfect. One of the best beds I've slept in. Spacious room with beautiful furniture. Can not recommend this enough. Bathroom and shower were great. One of my colleagues even got the information of their bed importer to buy the same kind of bed.

This property is perched on top of a small hill overlooking the entire landscape out to the sea. As such it is excellent for a view of the landscape. The climb up is a bit steep and it is very, very windy at the top where the hotel is (we found it to be windy all the time we were...

This is a really strange place. From the animal skins next to the modern IKEA ceiling lights, to the stuff animal heads and the stuffed wild birds above the bar. It's strange. The place has gone through various extensions so various parts of the place are fairly old, our wing was newish (but still not completed - missing wiring points...

We stayed here for two evenings and would have found alternate lodging for the second night had it not been paid in advance. On arrival we were greeted by a surly woman who handed us a key and went back to her business; we had to enquire about breakfast hours, WiFi and whether the restaurant was open for service. This...

Stayed here for one night whilst supervising a school trip around Iceland; the room was a decent size but let down by no mugs or glasses (even in the bathroom), as well as some horrible, hole-ridden linen and a stained duvet. There are newer suites that are a lot more easy on the eye, but sadly I was stuck in...

Brilliant hotel only stayed one night rest of the time I stayed in hotel Hafnarfjordur but this hotel had way better wifi especially because it is basically in the middle of nowhere so to have very quick wifi which meant I could download and stream was excellent! The food was amazing lovely and fresh. Beds were comfy
