Good location, basic apartment the kitchen has everything you need and fresh towels every day. Friendly staff. Free wifi and a comfy bed. Nice bathroom but only has a thin sliding door so not great if you want a 'romantic' time. Would stay here again as perfect location close to supermarket, bars restaurants shops an places to book tours

We have just spent 5 nights here. The location is great, just off the main shopping street and close to the seafront, Harpa, cathedral etc. As mentioned in other reviews, the our apartment was in need of some refurbishment, but it was a good size and very well equipped. We were able to cook a couple of nights, have breakfasts...

Our booking was originally made for Home Luxury Apartments, but this seems to be all part of the same complex as Apartment K. The room was great, a small living room with kitchen area, nice big bed with comfy memory foam mattress and a powerful shower. The kitchen was really well equipped with tea, coffee, kitchen roll, even dishwasher tablets...

We stayed in one of the apartments on Bergstaðastræti and arrived at 1.30am with kids in a very lively area. The apartment was clean and functional although having to make up the bed for the kids in the early hours was a challenge. However, the location was perfect and the facilities gave us everything we needed. The folks on reception...

When we first were looking for Apartment K, we found it difficult to find, as the hotel name is only listed above a buzzer number. It took a while to find but it was worth it. The concierge was awesome- he drove us to our apartment and informed us of good spots for dinner etc. As it was our last...

We loved the cleanliness and features of the apartment with kitchenette. We had breakfast in the apartment from the Sandholdt bakery which was just up the street. We could heat our quiche in the microwave and on board coffee made excellent coffee. Be aware the people here like to party so holidays and weekends will produce a healthy din outside...

Our apartment in Reykjavik was functional, decent value for money and met our needs. The pillows are terrible, and the spare bedding given to us in a bag after a 10-15 min wait with an exhausted 6 year old was dusty, the melted hairdryer also looked a little lethal........ The rest of the apartment was in an ok state of...

I stayed in the main building and had quiet, clean accommodations in the back of the building. The group I was with had three rooms total and all were a bit different but comfortable and clean. It is centrally located and great for exploring the city. It is a unique property and I loved it.

Well located, clean, quiet and well equipped It's great to have an apt as Reykjavik seems to have expensive restaurants We were surprised to fine both a dishwasher and washer and dryer. The place was right in the center of town, easy to walk places, and tours and airport buses could pick you up there. Late check in was annoying...

We stayed in the 2 bedroom deluxe apartment on Hverfisgata and we loved it. The pictures sum the quality aspect up, it's more qwerky than it is 'deluxe' but it had everything you could need. We didn't cook in the kitchen but everything was there, it saved us a lot of money on breakfast and lunch though. It's in a...

San Francisco, California

Good morning!

we have been trying to get a hold of staff for a couple weeks now without response so hoping this will be answered and help clear up our questions.

we are arriving at 4am at the airport on 3/26/17 staying through 4/1. can we please check in early please? I'm traveling with my 10 year so will be very exhausted.

Also, I'd like to add my friend's name onto the room as Expedia didn't but we paid for a deluxe studio so my son and I could sleep together and Brian can sleep on the fold out sofa.

the other question is I've been online at other sites and the cost of the deluxe studio and deluxe 1 bedroom apartment with fold out sofa are about the same, could we upgrade for more privacy If there's more room since it's my friend not husband? if not, no problem just thought it wouldn't hurt to ask :)

Thank you so much, we are so very excited about our trip, I've never done anything like this before! Our Flubus will be taking us straight there so would be really amazing if we could check in early.

thank you so much fit your time and in advance for your response!. FYI, everytime I've called I just get a recording and don't know how much is going to be charged to me coming from San Francisco, California...oh well.

your apartments look beautiful on line so we are hoping to have the full experience as I've been very sick for several years and this is a bit of a celebration of finally feeling better and bonding with my son.

if you cannot upgrade but could check us in at any time earlier could you hold our luggage while we go eat then hopefully check us in?

Thank you again and we do look forward to meeting you all!
