I stayed here for a week with family members and a friend, we arrived early afternoon and our room was ready- please note if arriving before 2pm you may have to wait for your room to be ready. We had a standard queen room and a deluxe king room both really spacious. We had small amenities such as a small...

Stayed in this hotel at the beginning of February and the location is great. Its right next to the Harbor and the famous hot dog stand. the check in staff were lovely, My only disappointment was the breakfast. We paid about £17 (each) for breakfast and it was horrible, The hot plates were not hot i dont actually think they...

Really enjoyed my stay in Reykjavik! The hotel was in an amazing location, surrounded by excellent restauarants and shopping. The tour buses picked us up at the hotel and overall the stay was comfortable and enjoyable!

The hotel is ideally located very close to the main shops, harbour and right opposite the famous hot dog stand. Staff were polite, helpful and spoke perfect English. The breakfast buffet was excellent with something to suit everyone's taste .A really unusual touch was the provision of cod liver oil tablets and cod liver oil liquid to keep your joints...

I stayed in an executive suite, and it's very nice. It's spacious and quite neat. The location is perfect, too. We just walked going to downtown, around the Hallgrímskirkja church. The staff is courteous and friendly, too. They give advices on how to go around. Although, of course, in Iceland, everything is quite pricey. But it's okay, because everything is...

The location of the hotel is very good. The staff was friendly and proficient enough, though at check out the system would not allow me to use a different credit card than the one we had checked in with (my husband had already gone to the taxi), so I had to call him to come back in, which was irritating...

We found Iceland amazing. The tours were very exciting, and the operators were very full of information of their subject and very keen to show off their country. The present exchange rate makes the experience expensive, but this should not spoil the time spent. There are cheaper tours and accommodation.

I was planned to stay here for 2 days but had to cut short my visit and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast is brilliant and the location was great, expecially for our meetings. They have a lounge which is quiet and good to hold meetings. There are good choice of restaurants around this- the one right...
