Fantastic hotel in perfect location! Just off the Main Street. The staff were extremely helpful. They gave plenty of advice where to eat/go & dealt with any query. Breakfast was good! Great to start the day with. Hotel room was nice, bit basic but perfectly practical. Great stay, highly recommend.

Excellent price-quality and in central and interesting location with shops and nice bars close. Room was small but neat and adequate. Staff was helpful beyond the required also helping my friends with travel issues that weren't even staying at the hotel.

We stayed here a few days and would not have traded the location with any other hotel we saw. Although the downtown is very walkable, the hotel is a great place to start your exploration. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is more than adequate. The country is very expensive and I would recommend Klopp as a relatively...

A friend and I stayed there for 3 nights, on a colleague's recommendation. - Initially we both had superior single rooms. Mine was absolutely fine: clean, comfortable bed, neat bathroom. My friend was upgraded to a standard double room (much larger) as there was a problem with the first room allocated to her (very bad smell, possibly a blocked drain,...

I have stayed at the Hotel Klopp in Reykjavik twice now and both times have been good. It is well located in a nice part of town, close to thence shops and everywhere really. Well serviced by tour companies.

My wife and I spent our last night in Iceland at CenterHotel Klopp, and have no complaints. Good location just a short block or two from the main pedestrian shopping street. We arrived via our rental car around 6 pm and were able to find street parking without too much trouble (which might not always be the case). Overall, the...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Iceland, so I hesitate to be other than positive, however. . . . We paid the hotel's extra daily charge for what they describe as an upgraded room, so were surprised by the condition of our room. Read on. If you are offended by fingerprints on your hotel room's windows, someone's blob of chewing...

Stayed here on our way to New York to get married at the end of March. Perfect location, and our room was lovely too. We had a corner room with a really lovely view across Reykavik, looking out toward the harbour - we could even see Harpa. Clean room, good breakfast, helpful staff - you can't really ask for anything...

The hotel is pretty much like the country. clean,in working order, pleasent and expensive (I specifically refer to the mini bar). it's not a place for a luxorious stay, it's just a place to bed down and plan your trips from. I for one will definitely go back again. the receptionists are very helpful (especially the 2 girls who were on...
