This is a Hotel in a modern and super stylish style. Timeless details and everything is extremely well thought out. We got a room at the top with a giant terrace and incredible views. Location is perfect and the hotel is across the street where the very good restaurant "Dill" is. Incredibly close to everything and the location is extremely...

this is the coolest hotel in reykjavic. common areas are sophisticated and inviting for drinks and gatherings. the rooms albeit small are sleek in design and have great beds with very comfortable bedding. crack the window open for a better night sleep with the fresh air. most importantly though it was the concierge staff who made our trip so fantastic,...

This was our second stay at the 101 hotel. The staff is incredibly warm, attentive and kind. Omar made our stay delightful. He went out of his way to get us everything we needed and followed up afterwards to ensure we arrived home to the states safely. A gem of a hotel!

staff useless on reception - couldn't find guest on list - then were very unhelpful when guest had problem - would not ever stay here or recommend - customer service leaves a lot to be desired - worked in hotel trade and was disgusted in lack of helpful staff

Dear leighb432 We are sorry to hear that you consider our staff to be useless. Many of our guests tell us quite the opposite, and that they are one of the main reasons they return back to 101 hotel. We are sorry that you did not experience the exemplary level of services that we usually provide on this occasion. You...

This hotel is situated perfectly in the city. Because of this and the SPG program, my friend and I picked to stay here while we visited Iceland. For what you pay, it is not worth it one bit. $500 a night should get you a room without the toilet in the shower. I shouldn't have to argue with the front...

My daughter & I stayed here for 2 days - the room was comfortable and quiet and perfectly suited our needs. We had a drink in the cozy lobby one night and a nice breakfast one morning. Very modern bathroom and a comfy bed!

Comfortable rooms in a great location. We had a room that looked out toward the harbor and the concert hall, which was nice, but not critical to a good stay. Modern, good sized room, comfortable bed. My room had a shower only, but it was a great size and I didn't miss the tub. I did have to lay a towel across the threshold to prevent water from going into the room, as there was no door but this was a minor inconvenience. Staff was lovely, at checkout there was...
