This hotel is good, the staff are helpful and the rooms are clean. But if you want to sleep at 2 am and have a room on the lower floors forget it. The noise from the music from the restaurant below will defy any attempt to sleep. When I complained the reception staff said the noise was getting worse and...

This hotel is in a wonderful location right in the heart of the city. Breakfast was great with plenty to choose from and the reception staff were absolutely amazing! They were very friendly and did anything for you. The only downside was the noise! We were on the first floor so we could hear everything going on in the bar....

Room was warm, clean and comfortable. Snaps restaurant was very good (and served excellent breakfasts). Staff on reception were fantastic - friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help. Would highly recommend.

First the positive aspects: great location within short walking distance to everywhere you would want to go during a stay in Reykjavik. Plus the super helpful, friendly and fun staff - I stayed in about 10 hotels in Reykjavik already and never experiences better hospitality than at the Odinsve! Thumbs up to you guys! About the hotel itself there are...

We did have a little bit of trouble finding this hotel even though our GPS was spot on. The sign identifying the hotel was way up high on the building and there was no sign at the entry door. But eventually we figured it out and we lucked out with a great parking spot across the street and since it...

This hotel is well-situated near all the main sights in Reykjavik city centre. We had a small, but clean and well-equipped room - although the size is mainly because we booked the cheapest option here. Breakfast was good, and reasonably priced (for Iceland). Good wifi. Snaps restaurant is good, although the food can be slow coming, despite quick waitress service....

I would stay at this hotel again, but not w/o researching other hotels first. To make things easy, I spent my additional stay in Reykjavik at this hotel, b/c it was chosen by my tour group as the starting/ending point for my trip. It was surprisingly quite comfortable. Room temperature/control perfect. Bed, comforter, pillows, and wifi were the most pleasing....

We arrived from the airport at around 8 a.m. on a Sunday, and just had enough time to leave our bags before getting picked up for a Golden Circle tour. The front desk staff was very accommodating and helped us out. Our room was cozy and quiet, with a view of the neighborhood, and an outdoor walkway down the hall...

Small hotel in 70's type building with a small reception area. Snaps bistro attached to hotel and the basement bar are VERY popular with the locals and have a nice vibe. Breakfast served in snaps is excellent. Staff very helpful. We arrived early and got the only room that was ready...probably the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in....
