I stayed in several Icelandair hotels before - usually I was super satisfied with rooms, lounge and restaurant. The Reykjavik Natura was however an exception. My room was quite outdated and a renovation is definitely needed (old, ugly tiles in bathroom, furniture in room worn out, loud ventilation noise in the night). The breakfast at Satt was also just "standard"...

I stayed here as part of an Icelandair vacation package for three nights (March 13-16). Upon arrival at 9 AM from the airport I was told I would have to wait until after 2 PM to check in which was surprising since the voucher I received from Icelandair said I would receive priority check-in from 10 AM, yet when I...

This is a standard type hotel near airports. It is near the domestic airport which we used for flights to/from Akureyri. The room was large with a nice bathroom and shower--lots of hot water. The breakfast buffet was enormous with many choices and good coffee. It is a 20-30 min walk to the interesting parts of downtown, which is interesting...

The hotel is located approx. 15-20min walking distance from the city center. No problem if you use it as a base for excursions or you have a rental car. The facilities are good, the rooms decent and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very much dependent on the number of guests - some days/hours there are many tourist groups in buses,...

My wife & I stayed here March 7-14 2017. One of the reasons we chose it was because of the free car parking as we had a hire car. The car park is large & we never failed to find a space. There is a bus stop nearby & the hotel will issue you with a free bus pass. The...

Seriously, take it form me and don't worry about this hotel not being in the very center of town. Ask at the front desk for free bus passes, and you will be downtown in literally seven minutes. Simply hop on the 5 bus from the Nautholsvegur stop right across the street (offered twice an hour) and you'll be at the...

The decor is modern, and our room was rather small but clean and comfortable. However, the tiny shower was not comfortable because although there was an abundance of hot water, the shower curtain blew around and would not stay put so lots of water got on the bathroom floor. Another issue when we were there was ice on the walkway...

The hotel has a really nice feel it is clean, modern and cozy, it's a bit isolated but if you have a car or like walking it is only a short 15 min walk into the centre of Reykjavik. The hotel does provide a free bus pass for you to take into town, but we didn't use this. The restaurant...

We only went to the spa - Compare of what you get I think this is too expensive, you can get most of what you get there in regular swimming pools - The atmosphere is very calm and nice- that you can not get in swimming pools. Include in the price is a robe and a towel - but its...

At first, I thought the Icelandair Hotel Reykjavik Natura was a little bit too far out of the city centre. Soon I realized that for some travellers, this location has a great advantage. The hotel is very close to the city airport where domestic flights arrive and that is also handy when one wants to rent a car. The service...
