They charge you 12€ extra for a blanket. I brought my own sheets, but that was not enough. They charge 1€ more than they show on booking.com "It is the fault of the site". The dorm is above a noisy bar with a door that slams back with every guest getting in or out. Many guests in the dorm snore,...

Reykjavik Backpackers is in the centre of the city and very easy to find. Staff were really helpful and rooms were clean and tidy. Loved the downstairs area, bar and restaurant very quirky and always a great atmosphere, plus the food served downstairs was lovely too. Would definitely stay here again if I visit Reykjavik again.

I chose this hostel because of the location and the price, and I got so lucky. You are right in the heart of Reykjavik (keep in mind the city is small), with lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are minimalistic, but clean, and the bathrooms were always clean as well. There is a restaurant and bar...

The location of the hostel is great, right on Laugarvegur (the main shopping street), however you pay the price with the noise. There is a busy social area downstairs open to the public which you have to walk through to get to your room. The noise from the area can be heard throughout the stairwell and it attracts the noisiest...

The staff seemed very knowledgeable about everything. The hostel however is on Laugavegur and my room faced onto a smoking area of a bar and was extremely loud. When I checked in my key was put into an envelope with all the information about the room and hostel printed on it which was very handy to have. The toilet I...

This hostel is one of the best places I have stayed during my worldtrip this year. Of course you can't expect any luxury in a hostel, but you will damn sure have a lot of fun there. The location is amazing, right in the middle of Reykjavic and the staff was just awesome and a lot of fun to hang...

We visited to only have food and drink. However, there was a great vibe and a great interior. The service was very good, the food tasted amazing and the price was reasonable. If you are looking for somewhere friendly to eat/drink. I'd recommend visiting here.

This hotel is very well located not doubt about it and it wasnt particulary noisy the Sunday day I had to be there. The staff was not particulary friendly but it was ok. The bad thing is the price, I paid 7000 crowns for a 4 beds dormitory with no blankets, no lockers inside the room, no breakfast. And it's...

The hostel has an amazing location right on the main street in Reykyavik and around 5-10min walk from where the airport bus drops off. The bar/restaurant downstairs is really cool but can get loud at night. I'd definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Reykyavik”
