We have traveled extensively both in Finland and abroad, and found this hotel clearly one of the nicest we have stayed at! The location is the best in town, on the pretty canal and within a walking distance to the old town and the museums there. Our ground level room had a nice patio towards the water. The room was very modern and comfy, with great beds, large deluxe bathroom, fridge and microwave oven. Perhaps the best feature this time was very efficient air conditioning as it was nearly +30 C warm outside. The breakfast was very good with both hot and cold dishes, and could be enjoyed in a pretty outdoor deck, facing the water.

Really nice experience in this beautiful hotel. Rooms are very modern but tastefully decorated and immaculate. We had breakfast and lunch in hotels cafe and enjoyed both. Staff were very friendly and polite. Area is beautiful and location of the hotel could not be better. I know where to stay if back in Uusikaupunki.

We had a very good over night stay at this small hotel. The location is excellent, right on the waterfront, and with many restaurants just across the street. Very nice surroundings for a run or a walk. The hotel is new, with well maintained modern rooms. Friendly service, but rather modest breakfast.

The location is great, the rooms are new and comfortable, but unfortunately there were some small dissapointing issues: there was no tea or coffee in the room, only the water boiler, and the reception closes at 7PM, so none available in the evening. There was also no soap in the shower - only hair shampoo and then hand soap by the basin. And the thumbing music from the restaurants nearby till 4am was a nuisance. Would suggest offering earplugs for customers, at least for Saturday nights. Service was very friendly and apologetic, and the breakfast & coffee shop are very nice. Could get to 5 stars with a bit more attention to detail.

The room was clean and modern, the beds were comfortable and there was a good sized fridge (and a microwave) in the room. Restaurants and grocery stores are close (check my review of Bistro Bay). The toilet/shower room is spacious. The room had no air conditioning (cooling), but it was not too hot to sleep anyways. The breakfast had very good basic items, eggs in different forms, bacon, fresh bread, croissants and fruits, salami, cheese, vegetables, yogurt etc., no complaints whatsoever.
