Inn22 is an old house, from 1930's and it has served first local congregation and afterwhile anonymous alcoholics. From 2012 house has been a unique B&B-place, hosted by a finnish family who lives in the same house. Inn22 is a cosy and very clean place where you can live in a reasonable price. There is smaller and bigger rooms and they all are furnished different styles. Rooms are very homely and colourfully. There is no private toilets or showers in rooms, but the common ones are clean and nice to use. Guests have a shared kitchen where they can store and cook food. There is also a big livingroom for everyone. You can also go to sauna and wash your clothes. I can recommend this place for a lonely traveller or a group of friends or maybe a family with kids or teenagers who want to live in separate rooms. Everyone has his or her own space and can gather in common spaces. On summertime there is a barbequeplace outside!

We stayed here two nights and i was very satisfied of the place. They had free wifi and car park outside. Location was perfect for us ; short drive to city center and Lidl in very short walking distance. You got your own key so you could come and go as you want. The shared kitchen had a perfect recyckling system for trash and every room had their own self in the fridge. There was also freezer and free coffee, tea, oatmeal and eggs. There was a dishwasher so you didn´t have to clean your dishes yourself. Also it was possible to wash clothes and go to a sauna for free. We heat up the sauna on both evenings. There is no private toilets or showers in rooms, but the common ones are clean and nice to use. ( The lack of the toilet in the room is the most negative i have to say on this place). The rooms were decorated very personally and not my taste, but it didn´t matter at all. I found quite much dust under my bed in our room while i had to find a socket to charge my tablet and camera batteries. I am not allercig so it didn´t matter, but for a person with a dust allergy would be a big problem.

Google said 3.6 kilometres from the station and, with intermittent rain, it seemed like more. However I received a warm welcome on arrival (although slightly early) and, once I saw the room, I knew I'd chosen well. Coffee was provided and, with the kitchen facility and the nearby Lidl, self-catering is a viable option (I walked back into town to eat - less sensible). The nearby bus-stop has buses to the station!

A lovely inn near Kupittaa train station. Located in a quiet neighbourhood. Grocery store nearby. The service was stellar and I loved the “movie star” themed room! Spacious bathroom, all the amenities I could have hoped for, and the bed was very comfortable. Would stay again!

Very bad condition of rooms. I stayed there in one room but there was smell all over the night and the room boy used room freshner but the smell didn't go. I couldn't sleep even for an hour. I will not recommend you to go there, please stay away and dont waste your money. I booked the room from OYO rooms but I am not satisfied with the hotem in that much high amount. It was the worst experience for me. Think before you go for this. Thanks

We loved staying here. We had room No. 4. It was big, with a couch, a little kitchenette and a comfy huge bed.
The living room/kitchen area is so lovely. When you enter you suddenly feel like coming home. Porridge, eggs, tea and coffee are for free.

We also used the sauna, small and dark but nice to have on a cold day.

We also had a very warm welcome and were shown around everywhere.
Every room looks diffrent. Which makes it very special, cool and funny.

The only minus about it is that our room was facing the main street and therefore it was very loud at night, especially when the rain started.

BUT i definitely recommend staying there. it is a good start for the Archipelago

I was travelling by car so the location was fine, five minutes from the university. Rooms are all different so you might or might not like the look you get. Mine was pretty! The hostess is caring and nice. My only complaint was that the doors are thin and I could hear my next door neighbor talking on his phone for several hours. Hostess said she is going to change the doors soon for soundproof ones. In the meantime, take your earplugs with you just in case.

Someone else could well have given the Inn top points. If I had to guess, I’d say that this is an old industrial or institutional building that has been converted into its current residential and hospitality purposes. It’s situated between a busy road and detached wooden residential villas about 3 kilometres from the city centre, so maybe a bit far for your average tourist. Yes, some may find it ’funky and fun’, but others would have found the decor of my (huge!) room an assault on the senses. It was certainly personal. The innkeeper runs a tight ship. You are ’invited’ to take your shoes off at the front door (in exchange for slippers), and everything is very clean even if somewhat run-down (well, admittedly, it’s an old house!). There is complementary tea, coffee and farmhouse eggs on offer in the communal kitchen. The clientele was predominantly young, and there is a general ’hostel’ feel to the place. Including the affordable price tag.

I have had the recent pleasure of staying at Inn 22 in Turku in Finland. My room was incredibly spacious and funky, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The location is in a leafy suburban part of town that wasn't difficult to find. All this for only £35. Highly recommended.
