We booked this "hotel" from Booking.com...it says "hotel", but it was hostel...awful, old smelling blankets and dust chains hanging on the roof of the room. No towels at all. Avoid this place. It was not even cheap. There was no one on the reception. The keys were waiting on the table on the reception Hall.

Fist of all check-in was poorly organized. When we arrived to hotel we had to call for a number shown in the door and then they gave us code for door. After that we had to choose key for our room from the counter. I think this way was not safe at all. At our visit we didin't meet staff at all. Our room was super tiny. We had two backpacks and even those didn't fit anywhere but we had to leave it in the middle of floor and jump over them every time we went to toilet etc. Room temperature was very high. It was hot outside but even hotter in the room. Corners were full of dust. And bathroom had lots of mold in the walls. Bed were really old and too soft, we both had backpain in the morning. Also there were no soundproof so you could here steps from next room etc. How ever, even when there were this much negativity I would say that in this hotel you can sleep one night 👍 At The time we were on our trip, this was the cheapest hotel in Turku.

I suggest reading all the previous reviews. The same issues that customers have been complaining about since 2010 are still accurate. After one nights stay, I left this so called "hotel" feeling filthy, disgusted and completely disappointed.

I have went the place having seen the advertisment at the train station. It looks shabby from the outsude but nothing particular that could tell of the real situation. I was given a single room for 59€. On the first sight it seemed clean. The weird thing was that there was a small ventillator working even before I was there. As hours went by the room became hotter and hotter. No way to open the windows. The receptionist gave me a handle to open the window. As i did so, the lower section just dropped down and fell out -it was not connected by anything. The inner part had no normal access to open it. After many manipulations the receptionist opened it but still one cant really open or close it. The upper section is only opening a tiny bit and still not letting enough air in. Both the receptionist and myself tried to call the owner who practically hung up on both of us. She refused to return the money and refused ti find a solution and did not answer the phone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. A formal complain to the ministry of tourism and municipality of Turku will follow.

Hintaan nähden ei hyvä. Halvaksi hostelliksi ihan ok. Too pricy for the quality. Dozen little things needed fixing in the room. Shower was a joke, for being way smaller that cruiser cabin toilet&shower. Also the noises from other rooms reminded me of cheap cruise. Well the cruise would have been half of the price. No handsoap or hand towel, even when global pandemic is still active. And no-one was intrested of how the night went. Just drop the key when you leave and get the *** out.
