The apartment had a modermised kitchen with a reasonble bathroom. I would get the apartments with beds as the futons wrre pretty old . Fortunately the owner suggested that to us. There is a washing machine and dishwasher. The location is very convenient. However you need to be organised for activities beforeClose walk to central station.

Pros: Excellent location, at walking distance from the train station, city center, super market and shops. Restaurant/bar next door (Inez) gives 10% discount to apartment guests. I was not charged for key delivery even if I arrived after the reception closed. Cons: Wifi signal was weak and some times connection broke. Temperature inside the apartment was a bit high to me, especially for sleeping at night.

Actual apartment was right in the same building as the office where the key transfer took place. Couldn't ask for a better central location. No problems at all with apartment. Clean, comfortable, everything worked. No problems whatsoever.

Everytime clean apartment, friendly and helpful stuff. Apartment spaceful, light and good located. Check in possible during all day (by appointment). No problems with WiFi. Im looking for my next stay.

Amazing stay nice room and cleaned laundry with warmth. Kitchen with all the tools which you need. I booked a big apartment for me. You can cook anything and market is also very nearbuy. S market and k market.

Great place with lots of parking places (mostly paid) around and some shops and restaurants as well. Everything was really clean and organized. The only setback was the twin bed instead of a double one.

Good location - within city limits. Easy access to transportation like bus, train , taxi. Shops are near by. Lake is near by. Can spend leisure time there. WIFI Speed and connectivity can be improved. Overall stay is pleasant !!!!!

good value, quiet and peacefull location in the downtown of Tampere. few small supermarkets in aroud. lot of various reastaurants and bars, also some nightlife. Easy access to railway station in 5 min only.

I needed a cheap room to arrive in late evening and leaving early-ish morning, in order to catch a plane. Prize-wise this was the best deal. Once I got to the apartment, got keys and went to room I was amazed: extremely tidy, well kept, spacious, fully equipped (small kitchen -complete!) room good for accomodating four people (2+2). Location is very peaceful and quiet, and only 50m off from main street of Tampere, Hämeenkatu! Unbelievablygood location 200m from railway station. This was my first but not last time in this hotel!
