Best hotel and breakfast. We were one night and drive to parking hall. From there was easy to get in the hotel. Receptionist ask if we wanted upgrade our room to sauna room. And we did. It was super.

Kävin vieraani kanssa koeasumassa Lapland Hotels Arenan. Kokemus oli hyvä. Palvelu erinomaista, huoneet siistit, toimivat saunalliset, isot kylpyhuoneet, hyvä sänky ja tyynyt, paljon matkustavana ja hotelleissa asuvana olin huoneeseen tosi tyytyväinen. Ravintola erinomainen, samoin aamupala ja palvelu sielläkin erinomainen. Autohalliin, joka oli toimiva ja jossa isot ruudut, oli hiukan matkaa Arenan ison aulan kautta, mutta toimi silti. Näköalatasanne ravintoloineen jne on kokemus ! Suosittelen kokemaan tämän Lapland Hotelsin uusimman hotellin !

Toivottavasti ennätitte tutustua myös kerroksessa 12 sijaitsevaan kattoterassiimme Laawuun sekä upeisiin saunatiloihimme. Tiesitkö, että aamiaisella tarjottavan herkullisen kaurapuuron valmistukseen käytettäviä puurojyviä on mahdollista ostaa myös mukaan? Reception smooth, professional, smiling personnel. Elevators very nice, room excellent, air conditionin in rooms. Big TV is a plus. 3 very comphy pillows / bed. Atmosphere is relaxing, quiet, very welcoming. Easy access to Tampere city center, 3 min walk away. Resteurant + breakfast best I have ever been into, in whole wide world.. and I have been to places a lot. The very best tastes of Lapland even in as south as Tampere. Cloudberries, blueberries fresh fruits, personal chef doing omelette with smoked raindeer.. Everything simply excellent. Strong recommendations.

Todella upea hotelli keskellä Tamperetta. Huoneet kauniita ja siistejä ja erinomainen vuode petivaatteineen. Aamiainen aivan superhyvä ja aamiaisella henkilökunta palveli upeasti. Very nica and cozy hotel with Good service. Breakfast is superb! You can get omelette from chef directly! The cheapest rooms are very small, with twi person you have To play Tetris When you are in room and want to change place. Also of your room is located next to elevator shaft, the sound of elevator is coming to your room. That is little disappointmentin a New hotel and a with price like this.

Fascinating hotel, where country-style meets the modern world. Interesting food with a Finnish twist. If you don't fancy it, you can go downstairs into the arena before 9pm and get a burger and a beer. Good service, with friendly, helpful staff.

Location is good but for the price I would have expected a decent bed at least, instead it was quite lumpy. If I had a sore back - which I sometimes do - I do not think I would have survived. The 200 e for a double is pretty steep also considering the size of the room, smallish. On the plus side were friendly service, excellent breakfast and general cleanliness.

I booked and prepaid arctic loft deluxe room from this hotel. As I arrived prior check-in time (at 11) the room was not ready so I left my luggage and spend the day in the city. As I returned (at 6pm) I went to the room only to find out that it was not the room I had paid but a lower grade room! The receptionist was very sorry that they had overbooked and given my room to someone else (a prepaid room reserved through their website = no cancellation possibility to the customer but obvuíously cancellation was possible to the hotel!). Prior to my stay Lapland hotel had reached out to me several times with advertising all sorts of services that I could book to enhance my stay by bying extra services, but in none of those emails have they notified me that my booking had been downgraded. They also did not notify me at 11 when I made the pre-check-in. They did not notify me when they gave me the keys to my room. They left it to me to find out if the room was the one I had booked. I paid almost 300 eur of the room. Next time I take my money elsewhere, and I suggest you do the same. This hotel cannot be trusted. They promised to return part of the money paid, butu haven't seen that credit yet. Needless to say that one dirty towel at bathroom and broken coffee machines at overcrowded breakfast buffet did not enhance my experience.…

I was impressed by the lighting of the room. Lovely to be able to do your morning make-up and dress in a bathroom where you see something. The bed was good, and I slept well. The hotel is clean, the service is good and friendly. Breakfast was super, I wish that for that one day it would have been possible to eat more than I normally can!
