Service at the bar desk was rude and seats and tables were dirty. Rooms are not updated since 90’s and there is no plugs near the bed. Onlyones were near the table. Conference rooms were on good level and breakfast and lunch were delicious and various different foods were available.

Hotel's Favourite
Nice location, being far enough from the center, but still within a modest walking distance. Friendly staff. Lake nearby, as well as many walking paths. If you would like to have your stay being amidst numerous restaurants and pubs, this is not your place. But if you are looking for peaceful surroundings just less than two kilometers to the city center, this might be perfect for you. For us it was!

All of all very nice.Food was very good and it was a big pork meal. Childrens buffet was also very good. Swimming are could have been bigger and nicer, big pool had a pretty cold water, but it didn’t bother that much.

The hotel is quite outdated, like going back to 1990´s again. All the decor is very old fashioned and partly shabby. Room was big but not cosy. Bed was ok. Service at the reception was good and friendly, but it was really really odd that at Saturday 2 pm there was not even a cup of coffee to buy anywhere, restaurant and lobby bar were closed! We got back to the hotel at night and thought we would get a drink at the lobby, but same thing, everything closed! Breakfast was good though. But I would not recommend this hotel and will not be back, sorry! Not worth the money.

Hello hastgumma, thank you for your visit and also for this review. Great to hear you found service at reception friendly and welcoming, and also enjoyed our breakfast. It is true our bar and restaurant have opening times that do not extend to Saturday afternoons or late nights, but outside these opening times our shop and reception are there for you. Hotel with "zombie style staff. None of the hotel staff greeted us. We received an incorrect additional price on the bill in the hotel restaurant. When we complained about it, the waiter said that we are wrong. We waited 15 minutes to be seated even though the restaurant was almost empty. The hotel room was a bit old-fashioned but clean and spacious. The hotel is located far from the center and there are quite bad public transport connections.

Really poor customer service. Sutch a beautiful hotel but the service all the way around our trip brings it down a poor experience. The receptionist attitude was arrogant and so was the restaurant staff.

If you want to have some nature, lake and peaceful experience a bit further but walking distance or by bus from city centre this is your choice. Nice, clean spacious and rooms, friendly staff and great breakfast.

Mens' sauna dressing room had wet, filty floor from guests walking straight in from shower room witout drying themselves there. Saturday evening 20-21 a group of loud, beer-drinking midaged men created an uneasy atmosphere for me and my grandson, not a place to bring kids. Airconditioning control in our two rooms did not work, impossible to turn down temp beliw 21,5c even though colder outdoors. Reception did not answer my call for assistance with aircon :-(

The hotel needs seriously update. This was probably on original condition (not in the good way) when it was built... Rooms and whole building was simply old. Price is not on the right level for this kind of place. View was great and location is nice, personnel helpful and friendly, but still.

A clean, average-level hotel that has all the basic things you need. Free parking, gym and pools in the first floor and a nice extra, although the interior and usability would need a renewal. Great customer service! The easthetics and interior feel like a true gust from the 90s tho.
