My wife and I are architects from New Zealand and we stayed here which was an amazing opportunity and experience. It’s not every day you get to stay the night in an Aalto masterpiece but we did. You must do it - call harri as he wants you to stay. Room very basic and not high design but you get to stay in the building photo it night and morning and see it without tourists. A sublime building. The room we rotated in, heinrik, had a kitchenette so you can buy from the supermarket nearby. Not many places to eat, local pizza place and a place near the bridge. Otherwise a 29 min drive to the nearby town.
