Great location in the heart of Jyvaskyla's downtown that's only a short walk from the train station. They serve a delicious and extensive breakfast buffet. They offer free hotel bikes for exploring the area. The hotel has saunas for men and women.

Great location, right in the center of Jyväskylä city. Good restaurants close by, and my favorite Espresso House. Plus pretty close to the spots of our visits. Rooms are with Sauna, which are awesome for relaxing after long day meetings.

This is a perfect spot to explore Jyväskylä, really close to the railway station (5 minutes walking) and located at the main pedestrian commercial street in the city. The rooms are spacious and very well equipped. Really comfortable beds! And a good choice for the bathroom amenities. Fast WiFi connection all over the building. It seems recently renovated, and the result offers a warm atmosphere all around the establishment. Particularly, the lobby and breakfast area are very nicely decorated. Also, there are some details here and there, as the tiny playroom area at 4th Floor. Nice sauna (as you’d expect in Finland). And a gorgeous breakfast with local specialties. Excellent customer service responsive to feedback. Great breakfast; especially the porridge. Little improvements in service for people with food allergies during the breakfast would take this hotel to the next level.

Very nice stay, very central location, not far either from train station. Very nice double room in the sixth floor with sofa and lot of space. Only small minus sauna that was open only until 9 pm :) Nice breakfast!

This hotel had a very good location in the pedestrian district. No wonder Verso calls itself an urban hotel. There was a very friendly welcome at the reception desk. The public areas and rooms look at bit tired, like 1970's style. But they are clean and in good condition. The buffet breakfast is very good. There is also a small supper available in the evenings during the working days, but I opted for a dinner elsewhere. There is a public parking garage with a separate section for the hotel, and a direct indoor acccess to hotel elevators.

Short business trip in Verso two nights spent in this lovely hotel. As always the staff is friendly and breakfast an supper were delicious. Maybe the rooms could use some modernization but in their current condition they are ok, and the bed is very comfy.

Not so sure I would rate this as a 4 star. The room was ok, but with good beds. Although facing the city walking street, no noice could be heard. I understand the renovation too keep the traditional and blend it with new, but still not convinced. The breakfast was OK, the bread and sweet cakes were lovely. However the planning of the serving in the room was a bit difficult. You had to stand in a long cue and walk past cold cuts, cheeses and all different things before coming to the end and get the yogurt. I understand that the shape of the room makes it difficult to change serving. Still I would have liked another serving style.
