Fantastic. Location is excellent and the apartment was very spacious, very well appointed and ideal to get to know Helsinki. Very comfortable bedrooms and excellent kitchen and living area. The service was top notch. All resulting in excellent value for the money

My family and I (2 adults + 11m child) stayed at the one bed apartment for ten nights in July. We had an absolutely wonderful time and I cannot recommend this place enough. We will definitely stay at the hotel again in the future. The reasons why I would recommend this place are: The location of the apartment was excellent, it’s located right in the centre of the city with everything nearby but tucked away enough to be quiet. We also had excellent views of the Finlandia Hall from the balcony and the nearby lake was brilliant for taking the baby out for a walk. For those travelling via public transport, the train station is an easy 5-10min walk away. The apartment was super clean. It had high quality furniture incl kitchen crockery and appliances (all of which were clean and looked brand new!). And the bathroom was super big. We paid the same price as we normally do for a hotel room - except now we had lots of space for the baby to roam and play AND we had a washing machine etc. to help with the basic things you need with a baby. The hotel also provided a travel cot for us. The communication with the hotel was first rate. The team was super responsive, even late in the evening, and very friendly and helpful. Thank you again especially to Kaisa for all her help. If you’re considering staying at an apartment vs hotel, I cannot recommend this one enough.…

I just can’t say how much I love about this lodging! Inside the apartment it’s spacious, clean, well-equipped and the balcony is a bonus. The property is ideally located in the city center, just a short walk away from public transport, supermarkets, post office and the legendary Oodi library. Will definitely stay here again in the next visit!

The apartment and the location are supreme especially the host. We stayed with this apartment 3 times. We booked studio with balcony twice ( 10-12 Dec and 17-18 Dec) and another one (15-17 Dec ) was two bed room apartment with balcony (for 3 guests ). Both room are exceptional. They are clean and comfortable-- big room, bed sheet, Toilet and bathroom, Towels. There are clean and complete kitchen utensils. Coffee and tea are also available. We really appreciated Tina, the host, who was so helpful in everything we asked. She suggested& booked the restuarant for us and kind to let my son checked out late because his flight was changed due to the airline. To arrive the apartment from the Helsinki airport, I suggest to take Finnair bus from terminal 2 to the last stop (Eliel square Helsinlki city center) which takes about only 30 mins. It is very convenient and there is free wi -fi on board. After arrive to the Eliel square Helsinlki city, just walk about 10 mins. to arrive the apartment. If anyone arrives to the apartment very late, the host will have instruction very clear how to get the key and reach the room. There are many restaurants and K supermarket around the place. The department stores such as Stockmann is easy to reach by walking. if I visit Helsinki again in the future, I definitely will book this apartment.…

Just a short walk from Helsinki’s main train station the Aallonkoti apartments are perfectly located to explore the heart of Helsinki. It is very easy to make your way from the airport to the apartment via the airport train and then a short walk. You will pass the newly built Oodi library on you way from the city centre to the apartment. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with a single bathroom but the apartment also had a second toilet. The staff were extremely helpful in check in including allowing us a VERY late check out (for a small fee) as we changed our outward bound flight by 6 hours. We also appreciated the local tips they gave us to find some restaurants and cafes.

Nice apartment hotel - modern, clean with a fully equipped kitchen, floor heating & great heating. We stayed in the middle of winter & it was so nice to return to a warm cosy apartment. Furnishings are sleek & modern. We were checked in efficiently & shown all the apartment facilities by friendly & helpful staff. The reception office is manned only during office hours but there’s a number to call after office hours in emergencies. Location is across the park from Finlandia & we were treated to a wonderful fireworks display right in front of our balcony! It is a 10 min stroll from main train station or the Finnair bus from airport. Airport taxis are about euro 40 to 45 whilst Uber is around euro 35 one way. We also took tram 2 & 3 for a “city” tour - excellent value for price of a 1 hr tram ticket. Many restaurants around the apartment - we were spoilt for choice. There’s a private sauna in the building which needs to be booked & cosys Euro10 per person. No steamroom or pool. But otherwise all good! Highly recommend. …

We stayed here for three nights with four persons. Our appartement had two bedrooms (one with a convertible sofa with added toppers), a big kitchen, a bathroom with shower, one with toilet only, a living room area with couch, TV and radio and a big balcony. Everything was clean and tidy, the kitchen included everything you need to cook, there also is a dishwasher. Some things are already provided such as dishwasher tabs, coffee filters and pods for the washing mashine, that should last for a few days, if you stay longer, you can stock up at a nearby supermarket. The proximity to main station and city center doesn't reflect in the calm surrounding, there hasn't been any noise during our stay. All in all we had a perfect stay.

We had a best and pleasant stay. We want to give an compliment to the staff. she is very nice and helpful, we do really appreciate the late check out on Christmas Eve. Or else we will end up wandering on quiet street. Everything is prefect. Clean. Kitchen appliances. Hot water supply. Heater. Balcony. TV. Basically they have everything you need. Forget to mention they have balcony too. Either Instructions on the iPad or on paper is clear and helpful. Very near to train station and the city town. Definitely will stay here again if we visit Helsinki.
