This place has all the things you like about an AirBxb but with a little bit more structure around the booking, check-in, check-out process. It offers self-serve apartments that are stylish, spacious, well-furnished, and nice small amenities. The apartments are in a building on a quiet street about 4 blocks from the central train station. There is a tram stop just steps from the front door. It is a really good location: quiet, safe street; close to transportation; and close to city center attractions. Check-in and check-out was completely self-serve with a unique code provided for access to the building; your individual apartment; and a small luggage storage room. The building has an elevator of useable size. We did not have a car so I can't comment on the parking at the place. The apartment itself was clean and matched the photos on their website. The furnishings were good quality apartment furnishings. Beds were comfortable in the nordic style (soft mattress topper on a medium firm base) with decent sheets. Dining area and living room area had simple comfortable tables, chairs, and couches. The kitchen and bathroom were both up to date in style and quality. There were adequate towels and the kitchen was stocked with plates, drinking classes, cookware. The appliances in our unit included a dishwasher, refrigerator (small under counter size, but nicer than American dorm fridge), and electric stovetop. There is also a combination washer/dryer in the bathroom. Our room was the one with a sauna attached to the bathroom, and that was a very nice Finnish touch to the apartment. It added a good level of luxury to the place. There were thoughtful touches in the apartment, including charging cords, and a member pass to the nearby gym (we did not use it). There was no servicing of the room during our two night stay, as expected. We had no issues that needed any attention from housekeeping or management. All communication was done via WhatsApp. They checked in on us by messaging to see if we had any questions or issues. Our one question we had was answered very promptly. I think the apartments are relatively new (younger than 2 years), so there is a good benefit to the condition of the place. We would highly recommend this place. …

If you want a super central though quiet accomodation, this is the choice. The apartment is not super big but it is nicely furnished with Finnish design furniture (Aalto chairs!) and there is always enough space to roll out one of the yoga mats provided for free (incl. free online yoga classes). Other extras include free gym access and luggage storage.

It was our first stay at Bob and we would 100% go again. The apartment was well furnished and thought out and the location was superb, only a 5 minute from the central station. A massive plus point was the shower!

The apartment and the service are good. Bob W City Centre is well located in the center of Elsinki. It's a good location to have a stay in Helsinki Sauna is a good way to rest after a long walking in the streets.

This Bob W is located near the train station, metro, and trams. It’s possible to go virtually anywhere in Helsinki. Plus super walkable as well! Room felt secure and clean and service was highly available.
