Attended a business meeting with dinner. First of all the location is great especially when arriving by train. Unfortunately the check-in process was extremely slow. At least they have waiting numbers but 30-40 person before you. Only one check-in kiosk and slow. More needed. You really don’t have app check in? Or group reservations processed in advance? Anyway waiting one hour for check-in is a little bit frustrating. However, receptionists were polite and worked as fast as they could. Conference lever was modern and nice. Staff helpful. Dinner delicious and served fast. Breakfast great as always at Sokos Hotels. Lobby bar OK. Bed was good but serious problems with sound proofing of the room. The room I had was tiny and extremely boring, almost like capsule hotel. Well, in the shopping mall there always is challenching to create a cosy hotel but in this case no one has even tried.

Hotel was nice, location good and staff helpful. However there were few problems. They had an offer for hotels in Helsinki and apparently they were not prepared for that. Check in was packed, rooms were not ready on time, breakfast was crowded and rooms were not cleaned during the day. I would still stay in this hotel again, just to check if they would do better next time around.

Hotel is located in a mall. The views are great if you happen to have a nice room. Rooms are decorated in a scandinavian fresh style. However I give only 3 stars because there were too little staff. Check in was a nightmare. The breakfast was only average too.

A newly build hotel on top of Pasila trainstation. Good connections and shopping. Lovely view from the 13th floor. Cheap prices. We stayed there for twi nights just to check the hotel out ans explore the Tripla mall attached. Zero points to the mall as it was a dark labytinth. The resraurants were lousy, basicly only fastfood-places. The cech in at the hotel was crowded as they tried to handle 600 rooms with only four check in-desks. There were only four elevators trying to handle the ca 800 guests. The situation at the elevators was worst during breakfasthours. On our floor allbe there were twenty peipke wauting for the elevator to get to breakfast or check out. The breakfast buffet was a chaos and the food was cold. There were plenty of families among the guests as the Linnanmäki-amusementpark is cliseby. The room was plain, nothing special. Good view and very quiet. No fridge.

I stayed at this hotel for two days. The views towards Helsinki city centre are beautiful and the hotel is easy to reach via public transport through Pasila Train station. I really liked My room, but the size is quite small. The bed is very comfortable. The only bad thing is the lousy shower pressure, I stayed on the 11 th floor. I also booked the sauna on the 8th floor for My personal use, it was Beautiful too and relaxing. The breakfast is served on the 6th floor and the food is Good, but the restaurant is very busy. I ate in the first serving 7-9 am, but there were so much People at the same time. Loved the carelian pastries!
