Absolute perfection! Wonderful staff, cozy style, unique atmosphere, incredible hospitality and service, breakfast and dinner are top notch. I have travelled a lot and stayed in very, very good hotels - but honestly the Lapland Hotel Bulevardi might top them all. I can’t find a thing that wasn’t up to perfection, even if I tried to! Amazing stay at Lapland Hotels Bulevardi, had very high expectations that did not disappoint! Service was warm and made us feel welcome. It was our mutual bday gift stay and there was a nice little surprise in the room that gave the visit a very nice start. In-room sauna made the stay like a little spa like experience, next time we´ll book a room with a bath tub too. Bed and pillows so comfortable and extra points for the best breakfast (you need to taste the porridge!) in Finland I've ever had in a hotel. Will definitely come back and recommend to everyone.

There's a lot to like: - the theme is really charming - staff is very friendly and helpful - the included breakfast is high quality and has many options - wifi was fast - location is excellent... very central and lots of shops and cafes in the immediate area but also room for improvement: - the rooms could be better optimized for the space. for our room, you couldn't have the bathroom door and closet door open simultaneously. The bed felt wedged in and walking around it was tough. A larger room might be better? - I didn't find the bed & pillows comfortable. The mattress top is very thin and one side of the bed was obviously used a lot more than the other. (My boyfriend was fine with it, though I wasn't sleeping well) - there are minimal amenities. no complimentary water in the room, no wash cloths for the shower, etc. - housekeeping was inconsistent. one day they didn't touch the bathroom other than to remove the floor towel, one day it was perfect.…

We have several different roomcategories and sizes. Over 100 of our rooms are very good size with own Sauna. We visited the Restaurant Kulta (Darling). It was a new place for me. I never been here. We had a surprise menu. It was a salt smoked bass to begin with. Then we got reindeer in different forms and best was the liver. In the end a dessert, coffee and a Calvados.

This is an incredible hotel, aesthetically beautiful in its Nordic design and with great character and atmosphere. The decor features stunning ceramics, carved wood, sheepskin throws and soft twinkling lights. Arctic room features a wonderful deep soaking bathtub and individual sauna, plenty of fluffy towels and toiletries, minibar, kettle and coffee making facilities. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept so well with no street noise from outside. Breakfast buffet features a huge choice of different styles, cereals, breads, freshly cooked hot items, juices, yoghurts and everything you could think of. The hotel's location is very central, handy for the main shopping areas and many of the well known sights. All the staff are lovely and friendly. I'm looking forward to my next trip and will be back as soon as possible. …

Wow - what a beautiful place. This hotel defines my hotel experience expectations… and then some! A very comfortable bed in a beautiful, thoughtful yet still somehow Nordic simplistic but with luxury at ever turn. Quality toiletries and a sauna in the bathroom which worked a treat for that authentic Finnish experience. Music throughout the room in zones too and a French balcony looking down to the pretty street below. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was set up in style with all the candles lit and made for a truly enjoyable experience with quality local produce. The best sourdough and butter ever but with so many other local items - blueberry juice, smoothie shots, great coffee, reindeer sausage with lingonberry jam, hummus, pesto, quality cold cuts and cheese, an amazing selection of eggs, cakes, jams and so much more. It was a lovely spread and I felt myself having to leave before I enjoyed too much so we retired to the hotel bar to enjoy another coffee! We only stayed one night sadly but will certainly be back. What a great team you have to deliver such an enjoyable experience at a reasonable price.…

Great location, comfortable beds, a wonderful rain-head shower, and the in-room sauna was divine. The restaurant in the hotel has excellent food and a nice wine selection. I would definitely book this hotel again.

We celebrated our anniversary with a staycation here and everything was perfect. We stayed in an Arctic Spa Suite with a bathtub and private sauna and the room was beatiful. Breakfast was fantastic too with an egg station where you could get omelettes made for you. All in all a perfect stay, highly recommended.

This hotel is beautiful! We loved staying here for a night in March. The included breakfast was one of the best I had while visiting Finland. It had a great selection of fresh food and the dining area was nice. Our sauna in our room was the major reason I booked this hotel, and it was well worth it. Even though it was winter and snowing outside, the balcony was a great feature. After having the sauna on for a while, the room got pretty hot, so I got to open the doors and feel the icy air come into the room. So relaxing. One thing that got old was the videos of the other resorts on repeat in the elevator and dining area. We loved the Sami music playing in the room upon check in though. It was a great touch.
