The hotel is centrally located on a nice street in Helsinki surrounded by nice cafes and shops. We walked from the train station in about 15 minutes. All encounters with staff were fine, check in was quick and efficient. We spent our days walking and got around all of the main areas very easily owing to the fact that the hotel is vey central.
We opted for a bedroom with sauna, which was welcome after spending days in Helsinki in the colder weather, the sauna takes approximately 45 minutes to heat up so take this into consideration if you’re planning to use it. The room itself was decorated beautifully, colours and styling that I’d have in my home! There was plenty of space, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the bathroom was generously stocked with nice smelling toiletries, waterfall and wall mounted shower heads, there was no bathtub I presume in lieu of the sauna.
Breakfast was included and we enjoyed the offerings each morning, there was a brilliant selection including local cuisine that we enjoyed sampling, such as reindeer pate and fruit juice with pine. I also noted an excellent selection for those who suffer from food intolerances/allergies with a dedicated counter for gluten free etc. Special shout out to the lovely lady who worked in the breakfast area who took pleasure in recommending ‘Chef’s breakfast omelette’ to us each morning, we can confirm it was indeed delicious.
A very pleasant stay in a beautiful city, would not hesitate to recommend.

Super friendly staff at reception and breakfast. Breakfast is served from 8-12 and is very Finnish (bread and its fillings, different berry powders, hot food, drinks..) Strong mask recommendation, free masks available at breakfast. Had the room with tub, interior and lighting plus ofc the bathroom were amazing. Bathroom can be ”covered” with a curtain, toilet and shower had their own small rooms in the bathroom. Will definitely come again.

Very warm and inviting atmosphere once you stepped into the hotel lobby. Professional and friendly front desk staffs that make you feel welcome into the property! We were so grateful that our suite are ready upon our arrival even though is way ahead of the check in time.
The Room is exactly what you see on their website , clean and nicely decorated. Our suite came with a big bath and the traditional sauna that you gota experience while in Finland. Basic toilet amenities like shower and shampoo is provided. Please bring your own toothbrush and cotton pads if you need it. As we traveled with two children, they even arranged two bed in the rooms for them. This is so much appreciated!
Breakfast is buffet style. A rare scene in sight especially during this pandemic when all self serve buffet lines are being stop. Masks and sanitizers are readily available for your usage before you proceed to take the food. Food selections are not much but of great quality. One thing to note though, they do not rotate the menus, so if you are on a longer stay, you will be eating back the same food.
Location wise, easy acess to shopping areas and the open markets. However, it can get really cold walking during the winter season even though is a short walk. Just be prepared!
Overall, we had a fantastic stay at the hotel and will definitely recommend it to anyone going there.

The best thing about the hotel was the very friendly and competent staff. The room was comfortable and the lighting was exceptionally well designed. The bathtub was delightfully large, so even a taller man could fit in it. Two criticisms of the room come to mind too. Firstly, the soundproofing was surprisingly poor. Our room was on the second floor and we heard, for example, the sound of furniture being dragged on the restaurant below and the sound of cars and trams on the street. Fortunately, these did not disturb our sleep terribly much. Secondly, the room has a big TV, but you can't watch anything other than basic TV channels (i.e. there’s no way of connecting your own mobile or computer, using streaming services etc.). Of course, these won't bother on a short stay, but on a week-long stay, one might hope for more. All in all, however, the room was good.
Others praise the breakfast. In a way it was good, but it was difficult to enjoy the breakfast as it was very crowded and all the queueing left little time to enjoy it. The reason for the rush was that the hotel sells breakfast to outsiders. It amazes me that so many outside places are sold for breakfast that hotel guests suffer. Since other hotels have good breakfasts, I would prefer them on that basis alone. (A later check-out would have helped, but I was told that was not possible.)
One last comment that may interest some: the hotel gym was not very functional and, for example, the loose weights seemed to have been chosen for aesthetic, not functional, reasons.

TL:DR; definitely worth it at a small discount, covid breakfast isn't the best.
We booked a room with a tub, sauna, and shower at 78% of the original price. Check-in went smoothly and service was friendly and informative. The room had a nice view of Bulevardi with little noise. The room was clean and well-kept with minimal wear. The sauna was easy to operate, the tub was big, and the rain shower was a nice bonus. The only thing I can take "points" off for is the TV, I think it might be time to put Smart TVs in the pricier rooms (maybe this wasn't pricey enough?) for Netflix and the like.
Breakfast wasn't anything special but I'll give 'em a COVID-pass for that. Service wasn't as friendly in the morning. The whole breakfast process was a bit clumsy, we weren't initially offered plates or a tray. The selection was rather minimal but tasty enough. Throw in some bacon, eggs, pain au chocolat, berries... but again, revenues are down significantly so I guess you can't have a cook hangin' around for 10 people... We were pleased nonetheless, and hope to visit again when COVID clears. Cheers!

What a hotel! We had our flight to Helsinki Airport and took the train to the city center, from there we took a small walk to the hotel. (great location) I didn't know what to expect, but it was far beyond my expectations. A large room with even a larger bathroom, including a sauna. The rooms smelled so nice every time we entered the room. And the cleaning staff deserves an applause. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the service excellent. The breakfast was balanced and healthy. We ate at the restaurant, we had to wait a bit for our plates, bud the food was very fresh and well cooked. If I have to give one point of criticism, it will be the waiting time for the sauna to warm up. We loved the sauna after the freezing December walks. But overall we had a wonderful stay! The setting and decoration in the hotel was sublime in every detail. We had a flight in the evening so we good store our luggage before we took our flight back. So keep up the good work and vibe!

Very modern hotel with a warm & welcoming Lapland theme. Everything at Lapland Hotels Bulevardi is first class. My wife and I stayed in 2 different rooms on 2 different occasions and each room was very modern, beautiful and contained an inbuilt sauna which my wife loved. Each room was quiet as well.
The location is in central Helsinki on a beautiful tree lined street, and one can walk everywhere to see the sights. The breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of food and drink -- try the blackberry juice (I miss it).
The reception staff are friendly and very welcoming.
When we travel internationally, my wife always looks for wine bottle stoppers. During check in at Lapland Hotels Bulevardi, she discovered reindeer antler wine stoppers and purchased a number of them, which led to a fun and interesting conversation with the registration staff.
The bar area is open and conducive to good conversation.
We will return to Finland in the future and will definitely stay at Lapland Hotels Bulevardi again (and drink the blackberry juice).

Well situated, within walking distance of everything a tourist would want to visit, but if you don't feel like walking, there are tram stops really close by (100m or less). The hotel is modern, beautiful. The staff is a delight. We had a small issue that was quickly resolved to our complete satisfaction. There's a breakfast buffet with a wide range of delicious foods. Yes, a buffet, when you come from other European countries where they have been banned, seems like a dangerous proposition, but they have managed to ensure that food is handled safely, and guests we observed were very well behaved, using thongs to grab what they wanted and wearing masks while hovering near food stations. Room has everything you need, good bed, heavy sun-blocking shades (days are long in the summer), USB charging ports, well designed bathroom. We didn't use the sauna, but it looked good, and we'll try it next time, when we visit in a colder season... A great experience, warmly recommended.

A wonderful stay in a room with a sauna! Very stylish,m and quiet. Super comfortable beds and great breakfasts available until late morning! Great location with teams running just outside or the train station a 12minute wall away. We had a “balcony” which was essentially just some full length windows but it was -6 outside so we weren’t that fussed by lack of space to stand outside!

We had a perfect stay at Lapland Hotels Bulevardi! The room was cozy and well appointed (we loved the in-room sauna). The location is walking distance to just about everything you might want to do or see and there’s a tram stop right outside in case you don’t want to walk. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options. The staff are exceptionally helpful- even offering to organize a take-away breakfast for us because we had to check out super early. We would 100% recommend staying here when visiting Helsinki.
