Room was extremely small and dirty, not properly nor regularly cleaned. No essentials are replenished by the hotel. We had serious issues with water supply throughout our stay and hotel owner and personnel did nothing to address those.mThe breakfast was poor, badly served and there wasn't sufficient stock (while it was closed by 10:30 - too early for a summer...

We are really surprised reading all this complaints from your side, as we did all our best for you during your stay. There is a problem with the water pressure in Aegiali and when all the people are having shower coming back from the beaches( around 20:00 - 20:30 ) the pressure can be very low. I don't think that...

We have stayed with my family at Lakki village in Aigiali Amorgos in August. Note that we have booked the hotel since April for a price over 115€/night. Since arrival at the hotel, we felt the whole place has been left unattended for years and not properly taken care of, although it's quiet a big property and it's location is...

Did not actually stay here as the owners managed to lose our reservation at the last possible moment leaving us without a room on a very difficult travel day. This can happen in Greece around August 15th but owners are unconscionable when they do this, usually because they can get a better rate. Cannot comment on the quality of the...

Very good location, close to the beach of Aigialis but with very bad people. No interest for their costumers, they just saw us like money. The room smell really bad & the trasnportation from the port was 12€ per person!

We are really sorry for letting you go from Lakki Village with such unpleasant feelings. We would like to inform you that Lakki Village is our home and we are working so hard to make all our customers feel like guests and not as clients. We are trying really hard on that and we are really disappointing when our guests...
