Our family booked a stay here back in March to stay in July. Got a question about changing from family room to two smaller rooms a month ago, which was not an option for us. Got the reply that it was ok, they would work something out. Then, today -a week before our stay -they cancelled without any explanation. Thanks for ruining the holiday!
