The cottage was extremely beautiful, the location just perfect close to a frozen lake, beautiful view and the right place to see the northern lights (we saw them twice in a night)! The staff was great, super kind, friendly and helpful! The last night we had a dinner here, to try local food and it was really gnammy, delicious! I suggest to everybody to come here! Good for quality and price!

Great value for money, clean, spacious accommodation, delicious food. Magnificent nature. THANK YOU!!! Ps: For those who are going to cook bit more than potatoes and frozen pizza - buy food in Rovaniemi prior to arrival. The close market has a very limited range and is very expensive.

everything about this place was wonderful - the cabin is cosy and perfect, spacious enough for two people to be comfortable. All the facilities are excellent - there's a small kitchen, a fireplace, a television with DVD player, wifi, even a sauna, which is something special when you're from England! Mostly, though, it's the environment that's so wonderful - we went in February when the lake was frozen, and the snow still thick, and I have never experienced such a peaceful place. The owners are very friendly and amazingly helpful, responding quickly to any queries we had. We also got to help feed the reindeer, which was a lovely experience. And the excursions we booked through the owners were excellent quality, with assistance and directions provided. I can't fault the service

We booked a cabin here after our night in the ice hotel knowing we would need a good night's sleep. The cabin was right on a very large lake with beautiful views all around. The cabin itself was very cozy with a fireplace, small kitchen, dining table, front porch, etc. The owners here were extremely welcoming and friendly. They brought us a chocolates and a fruit basket with a nice card when they heard we were traveling for our anniversary - very sweet! They also booked us on a fantastic snowmobiling tour right on the other side of the lake. There were snow toys (snow shoes, standing sleds) and such to play with as well. Most importantly (for us) was the clear, open sky above the lake, which is the perfect location to watch for the Northern Lights. We were treated to an

We stayed as an extended family of 7 for Christmas 2013 and loved it. Our friends had been the year before and recommended it to us. We came from Dubai so it really was an extreme trip. We decided to fly to Helsinki and then take the train over night to Rovaniemi and it was a brilliant way to start the trip. arrived 7am to snow and santa! The place is a little far out of town, so you need to stock up in town before heading to the resort. It was about an hour drive each time to come to most of the attractions but to be honest it was worth it. we planned our excursions well so that we only drove when we needed to. the rest of the time we lazed around, played in the snow or did more local activities - the local reindeer ride organised by Ana was superb. We would recommend doing

The place is located out of nowhere, very secluded, but offers a comfortable, peaceful and cozy environment. The accommodation is of good size. There are sauna in the cottage as well. Food prepared by the owner is priced reasonable and taste awesome. Within minutes of driving distance, which the management will offer the service, you can gained access to reindeer farms and sleight tour, you can get to Snowmobile tour and other activities. Perhaps place for a quiet outing and yet not boring. Also awesome for photography as it is just be the lake in the summer, and a frozen lake in the winter.

We hosted a celebration for 30 international friends at the cabins for a weekend in the summer. The location could not have been better. The lake is beautiful and the sunsets were amazing. Anna took care of us incredibly well and there were lots of activities for all - paddle boating, rowing, fishing, swimming, saunas, frisbee golf, hikes, etc. For most people it was their first time in Finland and many are keen to go back. We hired the main cabin and well as three of the newer cabins. The newer cabins are about 30 mins walk from the main cabin, but only 10 minutes by row boat/5 mins by car, so it was not much of an issue. There were of course a few mosquitoes but being so close to the water meant they were not too much of a nuisance. We also hosted a traditional dinner in a

We spend a wedding week in this lovely place and are very happy staying in Napapiirin Järvilomat! Very beautiful view, peace and quite. We enjoyed everything. A quality of service on a highest level. We want to say thank you to Anna, our Angel, she organized everything for us: my make up and hair, flowers, our wedding dinner! The owners are also such a great couple, we are appreciated to them for good organization and patience and for such lovely wedding present from them! Cottages are well equipped with everything that you need, dish washer, dryer, washing machine, sauna and etc. For us it was unforgettable experience!!! We hope to come back one day again!

We just got back from a week at one of the cabins at Napapiirin and we had the best of the times. We spent Christmas at the farm and we had the greatest of the times. The cabin is spacious even for big families, wich was not our case. Lovely fireplace and the view over the lake.
