Fantastic 2 nights at the Glass Resort, high level of attention in the customer service and also the design of the huts. There's lots of various types of unique accommodation in the are such as igloos, glass cabins etc but what made us choose this property was the combo of the full length glass windows/roof, sauna and hot tub which added just that bit more to the experience. A door nearer to the hot tub would have been nice to minimise the time outside when it's 20 below but other than that couldn't fault the accommodation. We also had dinner at the restaurant on site and they took great care with dietary restrictions and they provided amazing food and drinks. Having the view of the forest and the night sky was magical, and really made it feel like you were in your own private part of the forest.

It is very difficult to write a review of a property and a staff that is out of this world. 1.- The infrastructure: the glass igloos are pristine, unbelievable that the place has opened in 2017, it truly feels as if we were the first guests ever, the layout, cleanliness, technology, comfort it is all amazing, the only word is impeccable. 2.- The location, walking distance to the Santa village, which gives you a sense of freedom with access to so many activities for kids and adults, walking distance to snowmobile, husky farm, alpaca and other animals also, different restaurants, just incredible. 3.- The staff, amazing and courteous since day 1, from the sales team over the phone while making the booking all the way to the check out process. The restaurant is one of the best of the area. The reception team, extremely polite, profesional and helpful. There was one miscommunication in terms of a tour and Noora went out of her way to make sure we could still have the experience we wanted. Day to day Ville also always helpful and extremely professional, Asha in the dinning room had a welcoming smile that made you want to come back. Many other staff members whose name I cannot recall, but thanks to all of you. A special mention to Esko, he went above and beyond to fulfill a request from my 9 year old daughter, he was innovative, professional and really amazing, we were so lucky to have met him. Esko, thank you!!!! You made my daughters wish a reality!!!

We spent a few night at the glass resort and it was super. Breakfast and dinner were included and choices were good and a nice variety to chose from. The restaurant and rooms were lovely and clean. The hot tub outside wqs great and we saw the northern lights because of the app alarming us. The location is awesome to everything in Santa Claus village.

This is the most beautiful experience I had traveling in many countries around the globe. I will explain: every detail is made to please customers. So customer services is above standard, the staff is great, the food is delicious. The jacuzzi outside is an unforgettable experience. I went in march 23, snow and cold outside, but the warm water temperature made it such an experience! Great hotel, great experience! Great for honeymooners, families and friends! Love it and would be a pleasure to go back!

My husband and I have just returned from a 4 night stay at this beautiful resort. From our, included, airport pick up to the moment we were dropped back at the airport we enjoyed every second. I must first give a big thank you to the hardworking friendly staff who are a credit to this hotel. Nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way to ensure your holiday is both relaxing and luxurious. The accommodation is perfect, well equipped , clean and lots of added extras to make it a comfortable and warm place to return to. The food is sublime and a good variety to choose from. To sit in your own hot tub in warm water on a very cold but beautiful day looking out at the forest is a special memory we will treasure forever.

This was perfect in every way - the glass apartment was beautiful, had everything needed and more. Attention to detail great. Loved using the jacuzzi followed by the sauna - both easy to use. Couldn’t have got better customer service , from collection to leaving nothing was too much trouble and always smiling and interested. Hotel food was the best I’ve eaten anywhere - breakfast choices to evening meal - and catered for my allergies without any issue. I e never had so much choice . We stayed 3 nights and feel it’s been much longer due to being so relaxed . It’s been the best birthday ! Thanks to my sister and Glasshouse .

What should i start ,so many things in this place are amazing , start with airport rep to pick up us from airport and this resort is not far from airport and its close to santa claus village by walking. We were greeted by staff at reception and offer us welcome drink.i cant remember the name of staff but all staffs are friendly and helpful. The igloo is amazing which you cant imagine , fully equip , kitchen and sauna room inside and outdoor jacuzzi. And the big window that you might have a chance to see northen lights from igloo. The breakfast was great and we booked the room with set dinner menu , the food was amazing. Ofcourse the price is high but its worthy every single euro that you pay for.

What a perfect, perfect stay! Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night, but it was one of the highlights of our whole holiday. We arrived in Rovaniemi early, by overnight train, and were greeted with a genuine smile and warmth as we arrived in the early morning darkness. As expected our villa was not ready, but they held our bags as we went to explore Santa's Village. Later in the day we went back to check in, and found that our bags had already been placed in our room and were waiting, the hot tub was heated, and the villa was warm inside. What a fantastic space!! A massive double storey glazed wall and ceiling give the most dramatic aspect out to the snowy forest beyond. And a heated ceiling can be activated to clear snow as it falls, so that your view to the sky remains uninterrupted! The room is spacious yet cosy, with a decent sized bathroom including a sauna. The hot tub outside is secluded and private, with an aspect to the trees, but not able to be easily seen by other guests. Needless to say, everything was meticulously clean and well presented. I enjoyed that pod coffee was provided, and a welcome drink was left in our room on arrival. The bed was super comfortable, and laying in bed in the loft space gazing up at the sky was a special experience. Another fantastic aspect of the stay was the quality of the dining experience, with our room rate including a 3 course dinner at Glass Restaurant, as well as the most amazing buffet breakfast. The staff that served us at dinner were a delight, and clearly enjoyed their job. We had hoped that we may have a lovely view of the Northern Lights from our room, but it was quite cloudy and snowy. This made for a very different experience, and one that we thoroughly enjoyed. In Finland, you cannot rely on the weather, so go with an attitude to make the most of whatever Mother Nature serves you. Finally, check out was made so easy, with our bags being collected from our room, and a complementary transfer to the airport with the most lovely guy. We had a great chat - I wish I could remember his name. All in all, this is a very expensive place to stay, but an experience that is so worth every Euro. Stay for as many nights as you can. I wished we had stayed more than the single night we did. Oh well, we know where we will be staying should we ever visit Lapland again!

The staff are extremely rude and they don’t do their job properly in terms of explaining the amenities, activities, instructions etc. they let the clients figure it by themselves and thats what happened to us. Receptionist her name is Noora one of the meanest staff in the hotel. The staff who are working in the breakfast area are impolite they don’t serve you at all, on top of that the food is terrible and most of the food finished they don’t restock the buffet unless you tell them. Overall we did not enjoy the experience at all.

Located in the Santa Claus village. Easy access to the village for food/activities as you wish but also felt secluded and quiet in the glass igloo. The igloo itself was warm and cosy with lovely views of the forest. We were lucky to be in apartment 12B which was on the end so had maximum peace and quiet and darkness from the forest. The meal in the restaurant was lovely and they had a tablet you could order drinks and snack to your room At the push of a button which was ideal when soaking in the hot tub. We had a lovely time
