Pros
- very attentive and caring staff
- clean and big rooms (with very basic furnitures)
- parking easily accessible and free
- well located
Cons
- super expensive for what it is
- breakfast is really subpar, food isn’t good and overheated/dry
- did I mention the cost?
- mattresses are soft (which can be ok) with noisy bed (which isn’t…)

To our surprise, we were able to leave our luggage but in an unattended room where everyone could enter and exit.
When we go upstairs to reach our rooms, the receptionist tells us: well no there is no elevator!
We had 4 huge suitcases and one of my daughters on crutch!
We arrive in a cool corridor where we expect to see the Bronzes ski out of a room
The rooms were tiny and borderline cleanliness.
No storage, the bedding was suitable but the sheets holed wear
Cleaning does summarily
During our stay we had to ask before 10 am in the morning for the cleaning to be done what obviously we zapped! So we had to serve ourselves towels in a trolley that was continuously hanging out in the hallway and empty our trash ourselves
I would like to say that we paid 5400 euros for 2 bedrooms 3 nights
The bathrooms were tiny and not clean. No shampoo available
We used to wet the whole room while showering and the toilet was dirty
I'll put pictures after
TV offered only local channels while the customers and staff were foreign
Breakfast was really frugal
3 deli choices, 1 kind of cheese, no butter every morning, bread and croissants available
And 3 hot dishes including scrambled eggs that seemed hard as cardboard
We were lucky enough to have the Christmas meal offered by the hotel!
So even a school canteen offers a more suitable meal
The drinks were not planned but the boss told us we were lucky because he provided free tap water!
The menu consisted of basic starters including salmon which was good by the way, 3 basic hot meats with very basic accompaniments and 3 unappetizing desserts

The desk at the mirror was sticky, as if someone had poured their lemonade a long time ago.
The room was not cleaned or anything done during our 5 days stay, not even the garbage bags were emptied.
We had booked the hotel, not the apartment.
Condition of the room was otherwise OK. Breakfast was nothing special either, but they found something to eat.
So I get such a room in Asia for not even 20 euros , and then even the room is made daily.
Location was fine, you could reach a shopping center in a few minutes.

The rooms with saunas are separated from the rest, on the other side of the street, which creates inconvenience when having to cross from one place to another in very low temperatures to access the reception or restaurant.
I didn't know how to turn on the sauna on the first day, we thought it was defective. We called someone at reception to help and the person said it was defective and that they would call a technician the next day as there was no other room with a sauna for us to change at that time. Okay. First day without a sauna. The next day the technician came and explained that there was a specific way to connect the equipment, and that we were doing it wrong. Wow, if there's a specific way to call, why isn't there any guidance in the room? And why didn't the girl at reception who went to the room test it before saying it was actually defective? Total lack of care.
I think the only good thing about this hotel is the location, unfortunately a terrible experience.

The room was decent, but no more, and the bathroom was sorely lacking in functionality. The cleaning of the room was not done all week. This might be appropriate in a more moderately priced establishment, but at this rate, much better expectations are expected.
The most disappointing thing is the evening meal , which is really low-end. The quality of the meals was poor, far from what we could hope for.
In short, if you are looking for a quality stay, it is better to pay a little more and go elsewhere. This hotel falls far short of expectations for the asking price.
The positive is that we are located close to the city center.
Mold in the bathroom and encrusted dirt
Yellow tartar +++in the toilet bowl
2cms of vacuum under the shower cubicle, leading to major flooding of the bathroom with each shower
Room not soundproofed
Very average food and absolutely not typical
The only positive point is the location not far from the center

"The location of the hotel is good - 10min walk to the pedestrian zone of the city, 5min to a mall w/ a large supermarket, 5min to the museum"Read full review
"Okay for a short visit and take your own towels. Try the pizza cafe just down the hill and supermarket next door to top up your supplies"Read full review
