Arctic TreeHouse Hotel provides a unique blend of luxury comfort in the heart of Arctic nature, local Lappish traditions and modern Scandinavian design. In contrast to the meticulously designed accommodation and nest-like cosiness, the panoramic views from the windows provide impressive spectacles of the forest and Arctic skies: the Northern Lights and Midnight Sun can be admired from the comfort of your bed. Our exceptional Rakas Restaurant & Bar serves culinary delights made from Arctic ingredients.

When visiting Rovaniemi, Finland and everything Santa Clause, the Arctic Tree Hotel is a good place to stay, however the service in general is coming up short. The valets run slow, (30 mins to pick up bags for check out) and the wait staff at the Resturant on property is slow and not very attentive. Slow drink service, slow food service, slow check in/out process. The rooms are nice and they have adjoining rooms for families with kids. There is far less traffic than anything at The Santa Clause Village, which is nice. However this property is NOT walking distance to Santa Clause village, and the Arctic Tree House dose not provide transportation. All and all, we believe this is the best option as far hotels, but it comes up short in the service department for the price of the

My husband and I took out 6 year old daughter here when she broke up from school. We visited with friends who also had children. It was a 3 day "once in a lifetime" holiday. We planned it a year in advance and given it centred around the children meeting santa we wanted it to be just perfect. After lots of research and reading of reviews we settled on the Arctic Treehouse and we were not disappointed. The cabins are unique with gorgeous views and lovely furnishings. The bed is one of, if not the most comfortable I have ever slept in. To address some of the reviews on this site... The cabins are small yes. But there is plenty of storage and they are so warm and cosy- this is the point. If you want a huge hotel room this isn't for you. If you want cabins with uninterrupted

We stayed for 5 nights at the beginning of the Christmas season, the rooms are compact but not a problem with 2 adults and 2 children, the use of WhatsApp to contact reception is brilliant and the valet service was excellent, reception staff were helpful, the cleaning of the rooms was spotless, if you don’t wish to eat at rakas restaurant every night it’s approx 30 euros in a cab to get into rovamini to explore some great independent eateries. It was a great idea to have sledges dotted around the place for the children to use, especially while us parents were having a well deserved drink!!!! We will definitely be back.

Before I begin my review I would like to recommend that you look on Booking.com or TripAdvisor to check the price before booking directly with the hotel! We paid considerably less per night than what was advertised on their site! This hotel is simply amazing! I could not recommend it enough. Facilities are fantastic, the bed was extremely comfortable, the room is so picturesque! Try and request a Forest view! The staff are extremely attentive, they help your every need and make your stay run smoothly, the customer service is fantastic and they are a credit to the hotel. I wish I took every member of staff‘s name to mention them personally in this review as every single member of staff we came across were so helpful and nice! The restaurant was delicious, we had breakfast in

I wish we had been able to stay there more that one night but our schedule and their availability made it possible for only a single night. They were so accommodating in terms of early and late check outs and the room itself was extremely cozy and stylish. We had one of the glasshouses, make sure you read the fireplace instructions carefully before you light it. We misunderstood the instructions and made for a bit of a smokey situation. There are trails up behind the rooms, make sure to get the details for the front counter as there wasn't anything written about them in the room itself. Food, service and atmosphere were all great. High recommend it.
