The place is magical, remote, on the edge of a lake, and... under the dawn! We appreciated this spacious, functional chalet, equipped with the essentials, ideal for a stay with family or a group of friends. Inari is easily accessible, and very interesting activities are possible nearby.

We are very glad we chose this nice wood cottage to spend our Christmas holidays. The location close to a frozen lake is mesmerizing and the host, Mr Jaakko, is very welcoming. He gave us great information and also gave very good suggestions and even helped us more to try to catch the Northern Lights. Many thanks and we hope to see you again

Jaakko picked me up at the Ivalo airport at reasonable charge today, on our way to the cottage we saw 5-6 reindeer^^ I made my booking via Airbnb so I prepared all the things I will need in these two days. But Jaakko said there is a restaurant and a small shop nearby within 800m. It’s a really nice place. Clean, tidy and peaceful. My cottage is so close to the lake, I only need to wait inside the cottage with my coffee for the northern lights tonight.

The host and hostess are very kind and helpful. Take care of my stay and needs with generous help. The cozy chalet with lake view has everything you need and also a private sauna. A simple store is around 15 min walk away and Inari is about 15 min drive away. I have great experience here and recommend visitors like natural and quiet.

I was looking for a place by a lake, with its own sauna and fireplace in order to hunt the Aurora and this place was perfect. The hosts were very friendly and were quick to respond to any requests. They even dropped us a message to say when the aurora was visible. I would love to come back and stay here again and maybe try the ice swimming!

I am the guest here tonight. Jaakko said there are a restaurant and a little nearby within 800m. He take me from Ivalo airport to the cottage at Euro50, if you call taxi, it would be Euro150.
There are more places to choose from in the Inari area.
