I am not the first person to point this out. This really put a dampener on our stay. One bed on the dorm was incredibly creaky. I have never experienced anything like it in the dozens of hostels I've stayed in across Europe and beyond. It's a shame as the decor and people were bright and quirky and the hostel...

City Backpackers in Stockholm is a great hostel. I stayed 2 nights in a mixed 4 bed dorm. The room was spacious and clean and had reasonable sized lockers. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The hostel is in a great location, offers free wifi, free use of computers, has sauna sessions, free pasta in the good sized kitchen (which...

Really nice hostel with really friendly staff and all the facilities you could need. Nice atmosphere, clean rooms, good kitchen and bathroom facilities and I love the reading lights, free pasta and free WiFi. The only downside for me was the limited laundry facilities including a broken dryer but I was assured by the staff that they are working on...

This was my second stay here over the past couple of years. Very handy location near Central Station. Hostel is undergoing renovations at the moment so if you booked an ensuite room like I did you probably won't have an ensuite. But not a big problem as they have private showers. Great big kitchen. Good choice for Stockholm. They do...
