The location is very good for the affordable price (considering it's Stockholm). Check in and check out went very smooth, nice staff, they changed the towels and cleaned the room every day, one can't be very picky at a budget hotel but there are basic things they should take care off, all the pillows smelled too much like sweat and...

All that I expect of a hotel is simple - it must be clean and it must offer basic comfort - a bathroom with lots of hot water, good breakfast and a comfortable bed. "ALEXANDRA" hotel certainly had it all. I was initially disappointed by not finding a kettle in my room but this firsts impressionwas quickly changed when the...

No one should stay here - EVER! I lasted 30 minutes, only because I was making arrangements to leave. The reception staff are unbelievably RUDE. More specially the non-native Swedish man, argumentative and rude. This is hotel Alexandra's guest welcome - what a lasting impression, totally spoilt our short-break. They didn't have the courtesy to inform customers they will have...

This was the worst experience I have ever had during decades of travels! A person at Alexandra, who claimed he was a "boss" but refused to give his name, literally threw me out on the street on Stockholm without a phone or internet because the booking had been mislaid. When I arrived and they could not find my booking, the...

Rude staff reception guy, uncomfortable beds and hardly any choice for breakfast. Hardly any space in the rooms and the water from the bathroom just leaks out into the hotel room. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone even if it's for a short trip.

The hotel is located 5 minutes walk (and I walked slowly under such cold weather) from commuter train station, Stockholms södra, with a few supermarkets along the way in between, thus quite convenient indeed. Smooth check-in as I emailed to double check with the hotel directly to ensure my reservation was in their system, plus I paid in cash instead...

Stayed there for several nights and found it quite ok to be honest. The room is tiny, but it's quite clean and enough for one person. Bathroom is small too especially the shower area. I used it only as a sleep place so it was ok to me. Breakfast was quite ok as well which cost 50 kr.

We booked the hotel for one night on our way north through Stockholm. The room was basic and poorly kept, but should have done the trick. Except that at 7am construction workers right outside our window started their work making a heck of a noise. Nobody has told us this and we were surprised that the hotel has put us...

We stayed for one night and unfortunately our room was just next to a construction site so we woke up to heavy drilling at around 7:30 which continued for hours. Breakfast was lovely though, varied and reasonably priced so I definitely recommend it.
