Excellent service from all staff during my 10th birthday celebration at Reisen. This time Reisen also helped us to arrange a great jazz band to perform during the evening! The coctails in Bar Brahe have reached record levels by now: exotic, creative, meticulously prepared with surprising and ambitious recipes!
We chose Hotel Reisen because its proximity to so many of the tourist sites meant that we would be able to do most of what we wanted to do on foot. We ate in the restaurant one night and had the buffet breakfast every morning. We were not disappointed! The staff are extremely friendly and our room, although not large, was very comfortable. We would definitely come back!
We decided to stay in town rather than the airport in between flights and we were so glad that we did. The Hotel Reisen is really lovely. The hotel bar areas and restaurant very cosy and well designed. Really friendly staff here on reception/checkin and also the bar staff (in particular the bar/restaurant staff member who is Greek, so very friendly and engaging). The rooms are very comforatble with really lovely quality amenities. The location is superb and we will be coming back. Thank you Simon & John room 514
Best hotel in Stockholm, perfect location, high service, amazing breakfast, clean, elegant and in Old Town. This hotel is our first priority to stay on. Few steps to all needs and attractions in Stockholm. Most friendly staff
Kind and friendly staff, service attitude on highest level, nice cozy atmosphere, great central location, fantastic seaview, beautiful rooms... all this builds the outstanding hotel experience i walking distance to everything in central Stockholm.
If you are looking for amazing food, amazing room, amazing customer service look no further! Everyone has gone the extra mile to make our stay memorable! Malin at front desk and Robin at breakfast have been the stars of this stay... but honestly EVERYONE is amazingly friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is in the middle of the old city, you have the ferry across and 10 minutes from the Arlanda Express station!
Hotel Reisen is a very good hotel in Gamla Stan in Stockholm! It has everything you need and even a pretty decent gym and a pool and a sauna with a relax area. Breakfast was very good, cleanliness execellent, bar was good and the adjacent Jazz club was nice. Somewhat small rooms, but bathroom with 2 sinks and a big, long but narrow, shower with proper glass doors. Very comfortable bed! Big TV with all necessary channels and functions. Minibar next to the bed. I still wish I could have said the rather steep price was worth it...and maybe it was...
The Hotel Reisen in Stockholm, a Hyatt Unbound property, is located right on Stockholm's Gamla Stan island, the historic centre of the city, which connects the northern business districts Norrmalm and Östermalm, to the southern nightlife district of Södermalm. The facts that the hotel faces the water front and that it lies next to the Royal Palace even add to the location's charm. As a Globalist, I received a room upgrade to the Nordic Suite, a nicely decorated room with a couch corner, a spacious bedroom area and a wonderful bathroom including a huge bathtub, a lovely rain shower and a private sauna, which was an amazing enhancement to our Stockholm trip in the middle of winter. The decoration was tasteful, especially the fresh flowers in our room gave us a sense of colourful enjoyment. Also, the room was clean and special requests were fulfilled reliably. This alludes to service in general. The employees were friendly and effective, also during pre-arrival communication. Nonetheless, a special shout-out to Robin, who delivered such a friendly welcome at our first breakfast! Speaking of breakfast - the breakfast buffet selection was fine in dimension and quality although not spectacular. For the dinner at the restaurant, we were left struck by the very limited offer and the absence of friendliness, a little disappointing even though food and drink quality were fine. Even though Hotel Reisen lacks of an ultraluxury vibe overall, it is still a very nice option for Stockholm stays.…
Great location, amazing service from the team. The room was beautiful and very clean. I booked to stay in the same hotel again later in the same trip based on my first stay. Also has an amazing sauna in the relax area
Booked kind of randomly for a stop over in Stockholm, and we will be booking again for the summer so we can enjoy this amazing hotel and city for a few nights! New jazz-themed lounge opening, sauna/pool, lovely bar, amazing service, clean and cozy rooms with amenities. A wonderful place all around!
