Really great experience here. I was a bit hesitant about the shared bathrooms. But it turned out great. They were very nice. Miniature..but nice. Heated floor and towel warmer. Small shower but it worked out great. The room was basic but clean and neat. Mrs likes to sleep with a fan. She was super excited to find one in the...

This hotel was so nice and comfortable. The rooms were great as well as the service. The food was amazing. Thank you for a great experience! We stayed for one night and I wish we could stay longer. The bathrooms were shared but really good and the showers worked great.

Stayed for 3 nights at this hotel. Furnishing was basic, but generally comfortable. The lighting in the room was a bit too dim. Coffee, tea and snacks were available 24/7 in the common pantry where breakfast is served each day - really helpful if you're on a budget since coffee elsewhere can set you back by about £3-£4. Breakfast selection...

Tastefully renovated and welcoming, with breakfast and coffee/tea during the day. Also a homey feel due to it's modest size. Some rooms have a shower; others share five showers in total in the hallway.

I was ther only for a night for a job travelling. The rooms are modern and clean, also the bathroom. People are very kind and professional and they provide a good and various breakfast in the morning. They have fast and free wifi too. Close to centre of Stockholm and metro and bus stop. If I will return in this...

Felt as if I was in a subtitled movie...the entrance and staircase (elevator available) were out of an earlier era. So was the service and attention paid to me. The room was clean, fun, and quiet. Baths were also well maintained. Art on walls of concert posters was entertaining. And the breakfast was fabulous. Overlooked one of the main streets...

Top scores in every aspect. I stayed for just 2 night and regret not being able to stay a full week or two. The team of the hotel made my stay so enjoyable and pleasant. Everyone was super-friendly and helpful, it felt more like staying with friends than in a hotel. My single room was rather small but really cozy...

I stayed for two nights. Quite, comfortable place to stay. It felt like a private guesthouse. The place was easy to find and the reception was always helpful. I would consider staying here once more if I ever get a chance to visit there.

Hotel is clean, in the nice area of Stockholm, very convenient for sightseeing. People at reception are very kind and willing to help and assist you with the questions and recommendations. Rooms with shared bathroom are working fine. Bathrooms are clean.

It was my first trip to Sweden and decided to booked this hotel based on the reviews as I only have a week in Stockholm. So I will need somewhere close by to Gamla Stan and other attractions that was accessible by public transports. Well, this hotel tick all the boxes. Was greeted by the lovely and kind Clara (or...

Staying in Mariatorget

Neighbourhood Profile
This rather quiet neighborhood revolves around a postcard-like park with a dramatic fountain in its center and is definitely one of Stockholm’s showcase neighborhoods. Mariatorget, a central residential area, is the best Stockholm has to offer when it comes to juxtaposing architectural masterpieces with sophisticated art galleries, coffee shops and bars. Stockholmers love to spend their weekends in the park or one of the nearby coffee shops, so come to Mariatorget to meet the locals. The northern part of Mariatorget boasts historic buildings, beautiful cobblestone streets, and one of Stockholm’s best observation decks, Monteliusvägen, from where you can see an amazing view of the city hall and Stockholm’s old town.
