Although slightly out of the centre it is very quick and easy to get into the centre. There are 2 Metro stations near by and you if you feel energetic you can walk. The apartment was very clean, no dust hiding under the bed! The cooking facilities were just right for us 2 rings and a microwave. The large bathroom... More

We chose this hotel because it was less expensive than hotels in the city center. The hotel is located in an area of high density apartments and office buildings but not much in the way of restaurants or bars ( or not the type that appealed to my husband and me). The location is convenient to the Subway (if you... More

We have stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Everything was perfect. I have especially appreciated that they had fully equipped kitchen. What is more, the room is fully equipped as well. Staff was very friendly. I have nothing to complain about.

I visited this hotel with my wife and we both liked it. You probably need to grab a taxi if you're traveling with bags, but if you travel light you can walk here from the central station. Breakfast is good, but has no warm courses. Gym is very small. Overall very happy with our stay.

I was in this hotel apartment 2 days last week arriving late in the evening. The man at the reception was very kind and helpful even if it was late. We, me and my family (husband + 2 children 14 and 11years old) checked in very quickly. The room for 4 person was very spacious and modern. Beds were very... More

A very smart studio apartment for a week's stay in Stockholm. Not expensive by the standards of Sweden but a bit more freedom to relax. Room has a small kitchen, microwave, hob and fridge, so you can cook or reheat a takeaway and keep a beer cool. Only showers in the two smaller apartments and a bath in the biggest,... More

My partner and I recently came back from a week long vacation to Stockholm. We stayed at Sky Hotel Apartments for a night during our stay. The room itself was very well decorated, clean and the beds were very comfortable. It also had a few amenities like a stove top, a microwave and a fridge, which is perfect if you'd... More

Stayed for 2 nights, room was comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly and food is fine. Location is no to far from old town, reachable with metro or, 40 minute walk by the coast. Good value for money hotel.

We stayed here 4 days with 4 persons in 1 apartment. Place was very clean, nicely accomodated including a well equipped kitchen & large bathroom. Breakfast included, was good (however don't expect the most extensive choice) - all basics are covered though. Staff was friendly and helpful. Maybe not in the middle of the historical centre, but close to metro... More

Staying in Kungsholmen

Neighbourhood Profile
Kungsholmen is one of the largest islands in central Stockholm and one of the most popular places to live. Its most famous attraction is Stockholm’s City Hall, which stands out with its monumental architecture and is one of the most photographed buildings in Sweden. Kungsholmen has its own little city center and shopping mall, its own beach and a lovely pedestrian area next to the water, which charms both locals and visitors with beautiful little cafés, restaurants and of course an awesome view. This neighborhood is perfect for a relaxed stroll followed by some coffee on a Sunday afternoon.
