Highly recommended. Perfect European classic hotel. Great location and beautiful. Friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed our stay. No complaints at all. Very Swedish in the best sense. Close to operen, gamle stan.
Delicious food--a veritable smorgasbord as Templeton might say--a rat-ly feast. Impeccable service--clean air...and they really do serve a smorgasbord each night--and I never tired of it...I used email to make requests of room service etc and everything was done quickly and easily.
We stayed at this wonderful hotel, which is in a good location with so many tourist attractions, bars and restaurants quite close by. The hotel interior is beautiful and rather grand. The room that we stayed in was lovely, clean, well decorated and the facilities...More

We stayed 2 nights while touring Stockholm with friends. Wonderful older (well, by this American's standards!) hotel that really is 'grand'! Room was comfortable and just large enough. They have a wonderful breakfast buffet that I could spend hours enjoying! Only reason for not giving...More
Norrmalm is Stockholm’s most central and busiest neighborhood. It’s home to the main shopping street, Drottninggatan, and to Stockholm icons like the Sergels Torg glass obelisk, the famous Hay Market with its Carl Milles sculptures, and the Hötorget Skyscrapers, a sight on every other Stockholm postcard. Norrmalm is also home to Sweden’s most traditional department stores Nordiska Kompaniet and
Åhléns City juxtaposed with Stockholm’s most modern shopping mall, Mood Stockholm. Visitors to this area get to experience the unique Swedish philosophy of protecting cultural heritage while also staying on top of fashion innovation and modern architecture.

The property does allow non-hotel guests to purchase access to the gym/pool/spa area. Cost changes with membership type and length. It was not inexpensive, but the facilities are wonderful - no pain, no gain!

Yes, you can. I did a month ago! If you have already left, I hope they can help you anyway if you call or write to them. The pillow I bought came flat, so they take out what extra air they can. I love this pillow, never har better. Expensive, though, but worth it. The bedlinen is also expensive, but a great comfort :). Enjoy!
