It is very well located and clean most of the time. The double rooms don't have windows, the walls are full of bad jokes. It is a good value quality-price, because it is central, but the conditions inside are not so good, but it is cheap, so there is a compensation.

One of the worst hostels I've stayed at, especially when it comes to staff. They were very disinterested and unhelpful, often speaking russian to each other so the customers wouldn't understand. I know a few words in russian and could tell they were talking about us while we were standing in front of them. The male showers smelled like sewage....

The worst hostel ever! Bed sheets covered in dead insects. The 2 girls at reception were extremely rude and unhelpful. Room was tiny with no window or air conditioning. Would not recommend this hostel to anyone.

Interhostel has a perfect location, but the staff is average - I wouldn't say they try too hard. The facilities were really clean all of the time, also the rooms. I didn't liked room without windows, it doesn't give you a good feeling.

It's a nice place, with a good location: it's only a ten minute walk away from the Cityterminalen and Central Station, and near to the city centre. Dorms are small and intimate, but can be a little cramped at times, especially the ones with cupboards in. Good sized kitchen and communal areas, but no lift, which means climbing up to...

Great location. But other than that, nothing special. Staff was not welcoming at all, wouldn't give you any info about the city, the neighbourhood or even where your room is. Also, the reception is not open in the morning (before 8 o'clock) so you have to give back the key before you go to sleep to receive your key deposit....

The hostel quality and service is average. Cheap stay. Nothing special about it. Rooms are without windows. Dorms are packed with beds so there is no place to walk or put your luggage. There's an equipped kitchen and a big place to eat in. It's good for a 2 night stay.

My general impression is average. It is located near to the Stockholm central station. Since I just need a night stay, the facilities (bed, shower, wifi, luggage service & powerpoint) were sufficient. The service of the receptionists can be improved.

I booked two days 3 beds originally and then cancelled the first day - I called before the 24 hour cancellation policy and called multiple times. The receptionist sounded annoyed at my calling and told she told me she got it. (I had also contacted hostelworld to cancel this day, and they told me they sent an email). Upon arrival...
