This place is awesome! Clean, neat, good location, service is amazing and breakfast outstanding! A special thanks to Nicole at the front desk who sent me my iPod which I forgot at the lobby. She was amazing. Getting back at my emails right away and sending the iPod as she promised the next day. Honestly not what I was expecting,...

The staff at Connect Hotel were really friendly, if we had any questions we could directly ask them and they'd have an answer. The rooms were really clean as well, we had a double room and a family room. Considering the hotel is quite cheap, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. There was even a kettle in the family room...

Staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was great, rooms were very clean and properly ventilated (even the ones without windows!) it is less than a ten minute walk from one of the train stations which could easily take you to Stockholm central, old town and many more.

Fantastic breakfast buffet INCLUDED with the room rate. Quiet room and the location was great for walking to Gamla Stan and to public transit. We would have appreciated knowing that our room would NOT have windows so that we could have changed our reservation. Also, after exiting the elevator, we had to take a set of steps to our floor which...

It's been a 3-night/4-day stay in Stockholm and we couldn't have found a better location to stay. Starting with the receptionists to the cleaning staff, they are all very friendly and helpful. We stayed in an extra large cabin, 4 guests, room was always clean. The rich breakfast provided us with a good start of the day. And at the...

We booked hotel online because of its relatively central location as we did not know Stockholm before our visit. ( Hotel is four stops on Metro from Central Station. 10 minute walk from Short Hotel to Metro Station made it an easy to use service with a Stockholm Travel Pass. Tourist information at Staition was also very good. The information...

Stayed here one night in business. It's not in the nicest area for sightseeing but walking distance to a lot of the offices in the business industrial park area. Fairly cheap and was very clean and new looking inside. Room was an ok size. Comfy bed except for only having a single duvet on a double?! Decent shower. Breakfast buffet...

The hotel is really quiet inside and outside. People even whispered. Very nice lounge. A supermarket is nearby. 20 min walk in the city. Room was too small. We stayed here 2011 A dissapointing breakfast, not a wide selection. I stayed in much better places for less money but guess thats Stockholm.

The hotel is clean, well kept and rooms are a good size. The beds were comfortable but pillows need to be bigger, as they are pretty small. You may think this sounds petty, but geez they aren't great. The room is a good side and we even managed to get a room with a sofa in too which was nice,...

The hotel aesthetically was pleasing inside and out. The breakfast was healthy, plentiful, and gave me enough energy until even dinner on a couple of occasions. The rooms were great, and the cleaning was second to non. The staff were so accommodating and helpful, and it's a hearty walk away from Norrmalm (15 mins, if that) so you get the...

Staying in Kungsholmen

Neighbourhood Profile
Kungsholmen
Kungsholmen is one of the largest islands in central Stockholm and one of the most popular places to live. Its most famous attraction is Stockholm’s City Hall, which stands out with its monumental architecture and is one of the most photographed buildings in Sweden. Kungsholmen has its own little city center and shopping mall, its own beach and a lovely pedestrian area next to the water, which charms both locals and visitors with beautiful little cafés, restaurants and of course an awesome view. This neighborhood is perfect for a relaxed stroll followed by some coffee on a Sunday afternoon.
