The room was of average size, good for one person. Beds marginally of adequate width. The temperature of the room could not be controlled. No wardrobe available; just hangers. Very clean room and bathroom. Mini-fridge available. The staff very efficient and the bartender very friendly and helpful. Coffee is served all day long, free of charge in the lobby. The...

Upon arrival, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Check-in was not till 3pm whilst check out was not till 12. The hotel itself was clean and tidy. There were irons located in each corridor. The rooms were small but modern with a fridge. The only downside was that we didn't have any windows in the room. The hotel provided...

This hotel is really bad. Never go for the room without windows. It is definitely not for the caustrophobics out there. Even normal guys like me cannot stand the ultra small room, windowless, no heater, entire toilet became flooded just using the shower. And for such a room, it is damn pricey, to say the least.

Spend the summers of '13 & '14 at the Kungsbron Hotel, always a good spot to be able to have some good sleep. Surprised by the makeover of the lobby , the Kungsbron became a comfortable spot to have a good drink (craftbeers & more) conversation & entertainment on regular basis (live jazz on thursdays) Location is perfect, prices are...

I had an excellent first impression - large TV monitor near the hotel bar area showing a fireplace (video) and not CNN, sports, or other media garbage. Painless check in. Hotel located a 3 minute walk from the Stockholm Central station, Arlanda Express part also not at all far away. Room itself was one with no windows, but as a...

Me and my friend spent two nights at Kungsbron and enjoyed our stay. The location of the hotel is great, it's so close to the main station, Cityterminalen that you don't have to worry about how to get to your hotel because it's such a short walk. Also the beautiful old town area is close by, we didn't have any...

Ok, first a little bit of context to make the circumstances of this review clear - I had not planned to stay in Stockholm at all on the night that I stayed at First hotel Kungsbron. On that afternoon, someone had called in a bomb threat against a train south of Stockholm, efficiently shutting down all southbound train traffic, stranding...

  • A maze with hundreds of feet of corridors and cross corridors
  • Quite the view...fortunately Swedish trains operate quieter than most
  • Basement windows overlooking rail yard construction
  • Maze of room cubes arranged much like a container terminal at the harbour
