We stayed here with five students to visit te linnaeus university. Kerstin is such a warm and nice woman, we really felt at home. It was not big, but we had everything we needed. There is a shop very close to the B&B and it's open from 7 to 23h every day! Train station is 17 minutes walk and the...

I stayed at Södra Lycke for two weeks and it was a really nice stay. My room was tiny but comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with home prepared marmalade and organic fruits and vegetables. Location is good, in the middle of the green but ten minutes walking from the city center and the train station. The neighborhood is quiet and there...

The B & B Sodra Lycke was a lovely lodging experience in the small city of Växjö, the gateway to the Kingdom of Crystal. Innkeeper Kirsten was very pleasant, warm, and welcoming. The B & B itself is charming, in a 150-year old house that is quintessentially mid-19th century Sweden, with lovely antique furniture and pressed linens, lace curtains, and...

Charming and cozy, lovingly catered by our host Kerstin, who could not do enough to make our stay memorable. We arrived on a rainy night, a day ahead of schedule, and K. did her best to accommodate us on short notice. With black hens in the garden laying eggs for a breakfast and white sheets to make our night comfortable,...

Amazingly cosy place and very hospitable hostess, Kerstin, who prepared an elk & freshly picked mushroom dinner for me. Great value for money. Huge room. Sumptuous breakfast. Walking distance to town and surrounding lakes and forests.

We stayed in this wonderful house for 2 nights in November. Truly a beautiful place, lots of Swedish countryside charm and character in it, very cozy and comfortable, everything arranged with care and very clean too. Kerstin is a great host and a very nice person to hang around with. The full, Swedish breakfast she prepared for us each morning...
