We stayed in Keepers Cottage for 3 nights over the New Year. Keepers cottage exceeded our expectations, with lovely little touches of Xmas decorations here and there. Fabulous walks literally on the doorstep. Don't think too hard if want a 5 star (in our opinion) self catering accommodation for a very reasonable price.

We felt genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived and throughout both our visits this year. Margaret and Chris are lovely, warm and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. This Jacobean Farmhouse is charming and full of character, beautifully decorated with period furniture and artifacts which Margaret and Chris have collected over many years. The rooms are very comfortable...

Lovely to see you again and thank you for gracing us with your company again. It is very pleasing that you enjoyed the garden. We love it but to be fair we could do with some drier weather to get it back into shape. The wind of last week managed to flatten a whole stretch of fence while a previous storm removed...

We spend a few days for the second time at Manor House Farm. Chris and Margaret made as feel at home, the same way they did on our previous visit. Delicious country breakfast, freshly brewed coffee, sausages made by Chris in a very warm atmosphere. Definetely recommend it.

Stayed here while visiting the potteries. Period design for rooms. My room was bang up to date with all the extras of the modern age. Very clean. Host most welcoming. Can eat out nearby. Nice log fire in lounge. Lovely english breakfast with homegrown sausages/bacon. Loved listening to the own hooting nearby. About 20/25 minutes from Stoke. Would recommend. Also...

It is so pleasing to have guests take the time to review our properties and especially if it is the self catering.Obviously we do not see as much of our self catering guests and so it is very pleasing to find that they have truly enjoyed their stay.Thank you so much for choosing our cottage and we will be delighted...

This was a fantastic place to stay for a few days. I arrived with my son who was having a week at work experience during his penultimate year at school. The genial and civil homeliness of this lovely accommodation was enhanced by the attentive owners, Margaret and Chris. They did everything to make our short stay (5 days) as easy...
