Stayed here last week for a night away. Absolutely perfect place to stay, a much better choice than an average hotel room. Felt more secluded, with more space, total comfort. Great location, easy to get to but felt remote even though it's not really. Host was attentive, helpful and responsive but not intrusive. Clean, smart, comfortable. Perfect. Would recommend to anyone and will be booking again.

Stayed for 3 nights in the West Wing.We were not disappointed. Booked direct with the accommodation, from my initial phone enquiry though to our arrival we received excellent service from Marc. The room was very well appointed with high quality fixtures and fittings, including free Netflix on the TV. Upon arrival we were provide with a free welcome drink which was a very nice touch. Throughout our stay Marc was extremely helpful even chilling our champagne and providing an ice bucket and champagne flutes. Nothing was too much trouble. During our stay we chose to have the breakfast option, this was delivered promptly to our room by Marc at our chosen time and was thoroughly enjoyed by both of us. The accomodation is well placed for exploring the local area and coastline of Northumberland. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a luxury short break. The only minor issue we experienced was the difficulty we had locating Hemples Lodge initially despite Marc's excellent instructions, especiallly as we arrived in the dark. The road on which it is located is unlit which contributed to our difficulties.

Stayed for one night, didn’t stop for breakfast due to our flight times. Completely overwhelmed by the high quality. Absolutely lovely host who ensured we traveled safely to the lodge, then greeted and settled us in. Very friendly and easy to talk to. Rooms were completely spotless and cosy atmosphere, bathroom was nice and warm and again, spotless. We paid for one night before we flew on holiday and it was well worth the price. We had two smart TVs, on in the living room and one in the bedroom. The living room was equipped with a mini fridge with fresh milk, a Bluetooth speaker, an Xbox One with multiple games and two controllers, and a full coffee bar. The underfloor heating was adjustable to our preference, a fan was also provided. The facilities were way above standard and exceeded our expectations. Will definitely book again for a long weekend.
