I had the unfortunate experience of having to stay here. It is a dishonest hotel that only cares about making money from you and when you book a double room you get a TWIN room. Not acceptable. Please do yourself a favour and sort the tripadvisor reviews using 'negative' and read those. They tell the truth. I would not wish...

Hotel very welcoming , all staff friendly and helpful in everyway possible. we asked for a upgrade to a harbour view, which we got instantly at a cost of 200DKK a night. Room was very nice, comfortable, good view and quiet. Breakfast was superb, plenty of choice and space to sit. Even ate a meal at night which was ok...

I normally don't put a lot of weight into a review based JUST on the bed... but I slept so badly on these narrow beds, that the hotel deserves a 1* - they are just that bad. We told reception that we hated our narrow beds and the worker basically didn't care and told us we had to just accept...

If you order a twin room the single beds are tiny. I'm 5 ft 3 and kept thinking I was going to fall off the bed in the night. The width of the bed is smaller than the length of my arm...seriously. A double bed isn't much better, it's a small double so if you're sharing you're gonna have a...

Ideal for city breaks. Great views of harbour and well located. Recommend a harbour side room. Breakfast very good and staff always pleasant. Avoided dinner at restaurant as rather pricey. Mall next door which suited us.

This is a great hotel. It is clean and modern. Location is right next to the water so you can take a stroll or jog with a scenic view. It is also right next to a shopping mall so there are plenty of food options and a cinema. I got it at a very reasonable price and full breakfast was...

This fantastic hotel is situated by the water, very modern, clean and functional. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. When we arrived Marilyn was on reception and upgraded our room to one with a beautiful harbour outlook with balcony. Although the weather was freezing, (but dry) we were able to sit and watch the world go by whilst enjoying...

Nicely decorated room, big enough for two people. We had a view over the street with a little bit traffic noises, but not too much. Big minus for the room was the bed that made horrible noises every time you turn the sides and pillows felt old ja used. Breakfast was very good on weekend morning and we had a...

We are very glad that you enjoyed your stay. Thank you for all your positive comments on our breakfast and the view. Pillows are changed ever so often and our bed frames are being changed over the next couple of months, so the noises will be gone if you visit us again, which we hope you will.

Hotel is very nice, with lovely views if you pay the extra. Staff were friendly, and breakfast was good. Short walk to the train station, but slightly further out from the town. Only downside was single duvets for a double bed, slightly odd! Also our room was very warm, even with how cold it was outside. Would definitely recommend this...

Staying in Inner Vesterbro

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner Vesterbro
This neighbourhood is home to Tivoli Gardens, a world famous amusement park and beautiful garden always worth a visit. Just west of Tivoli, you’ll find Copenhagen Central Station, from where you can reach just about every part of Denmark within 5 or 6 hours, or you can reach Copenhagen Airport in less than 15 minutes. Next to the Central Station, you’re in the middle of “old” Vesterbro, where several cultures and hundreds of languages are spoken in an area not more than one square mile. This neighbourhood is considered one of the most trendy places to live in and to visit in Copenhagen. For a real treat, visit Kødbyen ("meat town"), home to several restaurants, cafés and nightclubs, all within a short walk of each other.
