Dear Guest Thank you for your review and we are very happy to hear that enjoyed your stay in the hotel. However I am outraged to hear about your experience with the the taxi company. I have today spoken with the manager of the company in order to investigate it. We would however need some more details from you in...

Really nice ground floor room with lots of light. Lovely clean, fresh comfortable bed and heated bathroom floor. It was so cold outside, that we were very grateful for the floor to get our feet warm! Very friendly.

Gentofte Hotel is an old Inn turned modern hotel - in the sixties. Situated a 15 minutes trainride outside Copenhagen City in a nice an well off 'kommune' the hotel is a good place to stay when you want to do Copenhagen and outskirts, but don't want the Citys noise. Here you are close to Dyrehaven, deer garden, the beach,...

The hotel is approximately 30 minutes from Copenhagen airport depending on traffic. Located on the main street in Gentofte close to shops, banks and the train station is 5 minutes walk, with a 20 minute journey into central Copenhagen. The train station is very close to the Tivoli Gardens / market. There are very few places to eat nearby. The...

After staying in the hotel recently I found it very expensive for the quality of service I received. I paid 140 euro a night with no breakfast included!! (It was 14 euro) I had a single duvet on a double bed, the iron available from reception was leaking and didn't heat properly (important when you are on a business trip)...

I arrived 9pm for 2 nights. It is a basic set up. Clean and comfortable. No bar or minibar or anything at 9pm.... but all ok.. however ! I left my wristwatch in my room after checking out. I called and they kindly offered to send it to the UK for me. They asked for credit card details and then...

Dear Guest Thank you for your review. We do have a restaurant in the hotel where it is possible to buy drinks and beverages up until 22.30. Food is also served until 21.45. If you arrive after this time it is possible to buy cold drinks through the reception. When we refurbished the hotel in late 2008 we decided not...

Good hotel, a bit far from the center. Spacious, clean room. Good breakfast but overcrowded hotel restaurant. In the area there were no restaurants, so the only alternative for a dinner was the hotel restaurant.

Nice location for a visit to Copenhagen. The hotel restaurant is nice and the staff is nice, but everything is overpriced even for Copenhagen standards and the rooms are not very high quality. The beds are sub-average and the walls are thin so the place gets noisy when people wake up in the other rooms.

225 Euros for a small room, I bought an upgrade but the room was still very small! The cab ride into the city is around 300 Danish crowns. The only good thing was the restaurant and the friendly staff!

I spent 2 nights here on business, when i went to check in the staff at reception were fine until I told my company will pay and they were convinced that they wouldn't, you will see from my contributions here that I stay in a lot of hotels and my company pays the whole thing excluding evening dinner. I said...
