Very friendly and attentative staff, very clean room, smart interior and everything in order. Not the biggest breakfast buffet, but evrything they serve is of high quality. They also have a very friendly bar. All in all a very nice experience.

Stayed at this hotel based on reviews, location and price. Stayed 2 nights in late July. Check in was a bit odd with the fact there isn't an actual "front desk." I literally walked in the side door and started to walk out the front door with the idea I'd walk back in and start over. Luckily, a staff member caught me and said there isn't a front desk, they are supposed to just "find" you. Well, ok, but there were several people looking for help and confused where to go. Once you know this, though, it's fine and there usually staff around or even working behind the bar in the lobby who can help you...And give you a drink. Room was nice, large for 2 adults and two kids. It's surprisingly hard to find rooms that sleep 4 people in Copenhagen. Negative was it was hot (end of July) and there is no A/C. There was a fan in the closet we didn't bother with. It wasn't hell and it cooled down during the night but if there was A/C we would have used it. Hotel is recent remodeled and kind of hip. There 4 or so associated restaurants that you can make your way to from within the property. We only tried the Italian one which was very good. Heard breakfast was good but you needed to book the night before and we weren't sure w/ jetlag if we would make it. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and the metro. They have a cozy hour in the afternoon where you can get a free drink and hang out and chat w/ guests and staff. Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to look things up and make suggestions on where to go. I'd definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Aside from the minor inconvenience of needing to haul our stuff up the stairs, this hotel was generally wonderful: all the staff were super friendly & helpful every time we needed anything & our room was amazing. Breakfast was very good but felt a bit overpriced.

A fantastic hotel with very friendly people. They have an evening cozy hour where you can have a free drink and chat with other guests. Location is very good. It’s a noisy area but if you close the windows you cannot hear anything - very soundproof! I only know that because we would open the window at night for some air, but close it when we went to sleep. Rooms are small but efficient and comfortable. Location is fairly close to Rosenborg Castle. Get the Copenhagen card for free entry to many museums and transportation! The canal tour is wonderful too. I highly recommend this property to explore Copenhagen!
