Would highly recommend this hotel. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and cosy. The location is a 3 min walk away from central station and 5 mins from tivoli gardens. Would stay here again

We stay in this hotel last week. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pictures of the room on the Internet were definitely different to the room we stayed in. The room was run down and needing a renovation. Although close to central train station, I probably wouldn't have stayed here if I knew the rooms were as run down...

It was cheap, on the good side nice breakfast, not so good, booked single room with very small bed, and room not cleaned. It is close to centre but also in a not so nice area of Copenhagen, unless you want a lady of the night lol

The hotel is close to Copenhagen Central Station and within easy walking distance of the city's main tourist attractions. We found the rooms to be functional and clean and the breakfast, included in our deal, of good quality. The provisions in the bathroom were limited and not replenished regularly. Coffee and tea making facilities were poor. Overall though, decent value...

We took a family room with our two teenagers and it was perfectly adequate. The room was spotless with a king size and two bunk beds. Plentiful supply of fresh towels. The hotel is just 100m from Central Station and a walk to Tivoli Gardens takes less than five minutes. The Hop on Hop off bus departs from near Central...

Small but Convenient - Very small rooms with not much of space. - Clean rooms with relatively good bathroom. - breakfast acceptable with budget paid. - excellent location -a walking distance to train station. - excellent for short stay.

Comfortable hotel, just one block from railway station, center of city, close to all major attraction in Copenhagen. Breakfast is very good and busy. Reception people are welcome and friendly, speaking English. But the cleanliness of room is questionable. That is happens if there are not enough housemaid stuff in hotel. I have read the complains from 2013-15 years and...

This hotel is centrally located, just 1 block from the central train station. But it's remarkably quiet (no train noise). My room was tiny by American standards -- about the size of an average walk-in closet. The bedding was skimpy. But at least it had a decent shower. The artwork was scary -- looking at the painting in the room...

Had a 3 night stay booked at the Copenhagen Star Hotel for a family of 4. Good, clean room with bunk beds for the kids, comfy beds for us adults. Despite our room overlooking the main road, noise was at a minimum. Hotel is a 10 minute walk from the meat packing district, and mere meters from Central station. Walk...

Staying in Inner Vesterbro

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner Vesterbro
This neighbourhood is home to Tivoli Gardens, a world famous amusement park and beautiful garden always worth a visit. Just west of Tivoli, you’ll find Copenhagen Central Station, from where you can reach just about every part of Denmark within 5 or 6 hours, or you can reach Copenhagen Airport in less than 15 minutes. Next to the Central Station, you’re in the middle of “old” Vesterbro, where several cultures and hundreds of languages are spoken in an area not more than one square mile. This neighbourhood is considered one of the most trendy places to live in and to visit in Copenhagen. For a real treat, visit Kødbyen ("meat town"), home to several restaurants, cafés and nightclubs, all within a short walk of each other.
