I stayed for three nights with my girlfriend and we were both pleased with 1) the location - right near to the train station and so well connected from the airport and better still a great starting point for some of the major sights such as Tivoli, the National Museum and main shopping district, 2) the staff who were very... I stayed at this hotel for 3 days late in march. It's very convenient to the train station which is great if you plan on going to some of the castles by train. You can take a train to Kronborg castle (Hamlet) and it's just a short walk away from the train station. You can also return by taking the... More

Stayed at this hotel for a three night stay. Location very good very close to Central Station and Tivoli Gardens. Everything is really within walking distance. Breakfast was finished at ten and that was ten, so don't sleep it out.

My wife and I wanted to spend a few days in Copenhagen not spending the big money. This place was fine. Nothing fancy, but the rooms are ok and really nothing to complain about. We chose the hotel for the location and, well, that's good. If you just a looking for a decent place to stay and not looking to... More

Came to visit Copenhagen Denmark for the first time and the hotel accommodation made the stay much more comfortable with the friendly staff, brilliant breakfast, spacious room size for 3 people and the free wifi. The use of the 'minicards' that the hotel offers you really gave me an idea of what to do around Copenhagen

The location is very close to the central train station. Staff was helpful in offering restaurant recommendations and local transit options. The breakfast was good, but the room got crowded. The room was nice size and the bathroom was not cramped.

There were four of us that stayed in one of the rooms with two double beds. Room was very spacious and just what we needed - bigger than the rooms looked in pictures. Great location, about 2 minutes from the train station and a lot of places easily accessible. Everyone was very helpful in the hotel. Would definitely recommend.

Room 510, top floor. The room was quite spacious and exceptionally clean, the bathroom in need of an uplift, water stains on the ceiling, the shower piping leaked. but it was still in a very usable condition. The Staff were amazing and very knowledgeable of the city. The breakfast room could do with being a little larger at a push... More

Room spacious and clean. Modern trappings. Very nice breakfast. Staff helpful. Everyone speaks English. Location excellent, but a bit dicey--prostitutes abound in neighborhood, but are not aggressive except with single men. Exterior noise not exceptional for central city location. Would happily return.

This hotel is centrally located one street back from the Central railway station and easy walking to all the main attractions. The hotel is very old and probably overdue for a facelift but it is quite comfortable. Front desk staff friendly and helpful, the one senior (seemed to me to be in charge) breakfast staff was rude and less than... More

Staying in Inner Vesterbro

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner Vesterbro
This neighbourhood is home to Tivoli Gardens, a world famous amusement park and beautiful garden always worth a visit. Just west of Tivoli, you’ll find Copenhagen Central Station, from where you can reach just about every part of Denmark within 5 or 6 hours, or you can reach Copenhagen Airport in less than 15 minutes. Next to the Central Station, you’re in the middle of “old” Vesterbro, where several cultures and hundreds of languages are spoken in an area not more than one square mile. This neighbourhood is considered one of the most trendy places to live in and to visit in Copenhagen. For a real treat, visit Kødbyen ("meat town"), home to several restaurants, cafés and nightclubs, all within a short walk of each other.
