Good location, 5 min walk from the main station, super quiet, good TV, good shower, no amenities just 2 soap dispensers, good size double bed, small square cushions, 2 single duvets (strange), good basic breakfast.
I stayed there for 3 nights before my Regal Princess 11 May cruise. Hotel was a short walking distance from the Central Station.
