We paid 1150 Kr for a double room with a private bathroom for one night. We arrived late at night to find a clean room. However at 5.30 in the morning, while sleeping, a member of staff with an unknown person abruptly unlocked the door to our room, waking us up. I'm sure this was accidental as they apologised and...

This hotel/hostel was ok the bed was comfy and the rooms we average to small size but workable, good location with only 2 minute walk to the strain station and 10 minutes from the centre. In the late hours around 1-3 AM we noticed outside got busy with drug dealers and prostration which made the location less desirable.

We stayed for 3 nights and it was very nice. Service was good, house keepers did their job daily. Mind that it's an hostel! Showers and toilets are also clean. For a price that is very low for Kopenhagen the hostel ist really nice!

Me and my husband came here for my birthday weekend and weren't disappointed. Room was basic but very clean and it was my first experience in a hostel but it had a hotel feeling with using the hotel reception to check in. The hostel annex felt quite quiet so I didn't have a problem with the shared bathroom. Excellent location...

I reserved a room with a private bathroom by a site of bookings, paying 101 €, but when I arrived in the hotel I had a room with a shared bathroom. I asked to the front desk to change me the room because I paid for a private room with bathroom but they asked me 300 Kr to have a...

Well situated but very simple hotel/hostel. Ok size room for a hostel and the breakfast and lobby are shared with the main hotel. The shared WC and shower are clean but few. The shower a weak drizzle and the free Wi-Fi even worse. Ok beds but bad pillows. Thin walls between rooms but no sound from outdoors. We asked for...

This trendy hotel has the best location at two streets from the central train station and 30 minutes walking to town centre. The staff were friendly and always very helpful. The room was very clean, unfortunately, due to our budget we shared toilets but I must admit there were always very clean . I highly recommend this hotel. The bar...

Me and my husband stayed at this hotel on a short trip to copenhagen. The hotel is no more than 5 minutes from Copenhagen main station which is perfect as it takes no more than 10 minutes on the train to the airport. The hotel itself is actually made of 2 different hotels. The reception area is very modern and...

Very comfortable bed, clean toilets, reception staff were very helpful, elevator access only after keycard validation. The rooms are neat, colorful, quiet, they have a sink and tap water, so no unnecessary bathroom trips. And did I mention the fact that the toilets and shower rooms were soo clean? :) The lobby is nicely furnished, very pleasant atmosphere there. Speaking...

The hotel is very nice. I very much liked the colorful interior of the lobby. There's table football available to play. It is close to Copenhagen's central train station and to the city center. And do recommend it.

Staying in Inner Vesterbro

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner Vesterbro
This neighbourhood is home to Tivoli Gardens, a world famous amusement park and beautiful garden always worth a visit. Just west of Tivoli, you’ll find Copenhagen Central Station, from where you can reach just about every part of Denmark within 5 or 6 hours, or you can reach Copenhagen Airport in less than 15 minutes. Next to the Central Station, you’re in the middle of “old” Vesterbro, where several cultures and hundreds of languages are spoken in an area not more than one square mile. This neighbourhood is considered one of the most trendy places to live in and to visit in Copenhagen. For a real treat, visit Kødbyen ("meat town"), home to several restaurants, cafés and nightclubs, all within a short walk of each other.
