Went for business and pleasure. Stayed in the economy room when alone which was very small then upgraded to King superior room which was very nice. Great breakfast in the morning. Excellent front desk staff. Very courteous and helpful.
Located near the central station, it's a great starting point for a visit in Copenhagen. The rooms seems to be a little outdated with refurbished finish, but they were ok. A broken light and a slamming door reduced the overall impression. The staff was accommodating.

I did what you did. Honestly it’s pricy to book thru NCL. The hotel and service were great. Transport from airport to hotel and to the pier was included. But it’s not so expensive to taxi to the city yourself ($40-50), and hotel to pier ($40-50) isn’t that bad either. Hotel is about a 15-20 min walk to Nyhavn. You have plenty of time to look around.
